預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁灌漿密實(shí)度無(wú)損檢測(cè)的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛,我國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)事業(yè)開(kāi)始大踏步前進(jìn)。在橋梁建設(shè)事業(yè)方面我國(guó)取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,各種大中型預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土橋梁先后落成,為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義交通的建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)了巨大的力量。但是與此同時(shí)各種問(wèn)題開(kāi)始顯現(xiàn),尤其是預(yù)應(yīng)力橋梁中預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的銹蝕問(wèn)題,這造成了嚴(yán)重的橋梁安全隱患。經(jīng)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋銹蝕的最主要原因是波紋管內(nèi)的灌漿不密實(shí),因此尋找一種簡(jiǎn)單可靠的檢測(cè)灌漿密實(shí)度的方法成了當(dāng)下研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。沖擊回波法是一種利用瞬時(shí)沖擊產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力波進(jìn)行無(wú)損檢測(cè)的方法,本文主要進(jìn)行了利用沖擊回波法檢測(cè)波紋管灌漿密實(shí)度的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和有限元仿真模擬研究,并開(kāi)展了如下的研究工作:1.分析了沖擊回波法檢測(cè)的原理,并基于文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研介紹了目前其在國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際上的研究現(xiàn)狀。2.基于室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),揭示了不同條件下混凝土試件回波信號(hào)的分布規(guī)律,進(jìn)而分析了灌漿密實(shí)度、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋、混凝土厚度及混凝土配筋等的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)對(duì)于時(shí)域信號(hào),預(yù)應(yīng)力筋、混凝土厚度對(duì)其影響不大;(2)隨著灌漿密實(shí)度的減小和配筋的添加,時(shí)域信號(hào)紊亂度增加;(3)對(duì)于頻域信號(hào),隨著灌漿密實(shí)度的減小,主波峰頻率減;(4)混凝土厚度的增加使頻域信號(hào)的頻率全程減。(5)當(dāng)添加配筋和預(yù)應(yīng)力筋后,波形信號(hào)分別出現(xiàn)雜波和低頻率小峰值波峰。3.經(jīng)過(guò)本文的ABAQUS有限元仿真,得知仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果具有一致性。通過(guò)有限元軟件ABAQUS來(lái)模擬利用沖擊回波檢測(cè)混凝土梁板內(nèi)部的灌漿缺陷,并可以準(zhǔn)確地定量地分析結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部的缺陷率。4.基于有限元仿真對(duì)特定厚度下的灌漿波紋管在不同缺陷時(shí)的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了模擬,發(fā)現(xiàn)在有限元中應(yīng)力波的傳播也遵從同樣的規(guī)律。并且隨著缺陷的增大而逐漸變化的僅僅是主峰的頻率,總體上主峰頻率隨著缺陷的增大逐漸減小。然后本文對(duì)缺陷值與主峰頻率值進(jìn)行了定量化的分析,通過(guò)MATLAB軟件擬合出了兩者之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系式,并通過(guò)對(duì)比室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)反推出了室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)情況下兩者間對(duì)應(yīng)的函數(shù)關(guān)系式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, our country's infrastructure construction enterprise begins to advance with great strides. Great progress has been made in the construction of bridges in China, and various large and medium-sized prestressed concrete bridges have been completed successively, which has contributed a great deal of power to the construction of socialist traffic in our country. But at the same time, various problems began to appear, especially the corrosion of prestressed tendons in prestressed bridges, which caused serious hidden dangers of bridge safety. It is found that the main reason of the corrosion of prestressed tendons is that the grouting in bellows is not dense, so it is a hot issue to find a simple and reliable method to detect the density of grouting. The impact echo method is a kind of nondestructive testing method by using the stress wave generated by instantaneous impact. In this paper, the laboratory test and finite element simulation study on the density of bellows grouting with impact echo method are carried out. And carried out the following research work: 1. The principle of Impulse echo detection is analyzed, and based on the literature investigation, the present research situation of Impulse echo method in China and abroad is introduced. Based on the laboratory tests, the distribution of echo signals of concrete specimens under different conditions is revealed, and the effects of grouting density, prestressed tendons, concrete thickness and concrete reinforcement on the distribution of echo signals are analyzed. The results show that for the time domain signal, the prestressed tendons and the thickness of concrete have little effect on it.) with the decrease of grouting compactness and the addition of reinforcement, the disturbance degree of time-domain signals increases 3) for frequency-domain signals, with the decrease of grouting compactness, The frequency of frequency domain signal is reduced by increasing the thickness of the main wave peak frequency. (5) when reinforced and prestressed tendons are added, the waveform signal appears clutter wave and low frequency small peak wave peak wave peak. 3. Through the ABAQUS finite element simulation in this paper, it is found that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results. The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the detection of grouting defects in concrete beam and slab by impact echo, and the defect rate of the structure can be accurately and quantitatively analyzed. Based on the finite element simulation, the state of grouting bellows with different defects is simulated, and it is found that the propagation of stress waves in finite element obeys the same rule. And with the increase of defect, only the frequency of the main peak changes gradually, and the frequency of the main peak decreases gradually with the increase of the defect. Then, the defect value and the frequency value of the main peak are quantitatively analyzed, and the function relationship between them is fitted by MATLAB software. By comparing the data of indoor test, the corresponding functional relationship between the two is deduced in the case of indoor test.
