基于VoIP的船用VHF設(shè)備交管化的研究

【摘要】:目前,VTS的VHF通信子系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成方式主要采用專用岸臺(tái)設(shè)備,以線路交換的方式構(gòu)成VTS的VHF通信網(wǎng),這種VHF系統(tǒng)存在著工程造價(jià)高、管理維護(hù)成本高、可持續(xù)性差等問(wèn)題。近年來(lái),基于VoIP技術(shù)的分組交換VHF網(wǎng)也應(yīng)用于VTS,但由于是采用專用設(shè)備構(gòu)成,其仍然存在著工程造價(jià)高等問(wèn)題,此外,由于在系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成上采用商用VoIP設(shè)備和軟件,未針對(duì)VHF通信操作的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行技術(shù)的相應(yīng)改進(jìn),導(dǎo)致話音與控制不同步而丟失話音以及話音質(zhì)量有時(shí)很差的問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生。本文在“宜昌VTS工程枝城大橋和巴東水域VTS站”項(xiàng)目(合同標(biāo)號(hào):’20102942)經(jīng)費(fèi)支持下,研究了一套基于船用VHF設(shè)備,利用VoIP分組網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的VTS的VHF通信子系統(tǒng)。(1)本課題主要研究對(duì)VTS系統(tǒng)中的VHF通信設(shè)備的改造,利用嵌入式技術(shù)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)船用VHF設(shè)備進(jìn)行改造,改造后的船用VHF收發(fā)設(shè)備可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)模擬語(yǔ)音信號(hào)的數(shù)字化處理和傳輸,使得船用VHF設(shè)備可以適用于VTS的VHF子系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)船用VHF設(shè)備的交管化。(2)利用當(dāng)下流行的VoIP分組網(wǎng)傳輸技術(shù)使收發(fā)信機(jī)能夠通過(guò)局域網(wǎng)有效、準(zhǔn)確地與各VHF操作終端之間進(jìn)行信息的交換,實(shí)現(xiàn)交管化設(shè)備的聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信,提高了海上船舶之間、船岸之間以及基站與VTS中心之間的通信質(zhì)量。(3)通過(guò)解析船用VHF設(shè)備的控制信號(hào),在Visual Studio 2008編程環(huán)境下完成VHF操作終端的通信面板設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)VTS中心操作人員對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程基站設(shè)備的遙遠(yuǎn)控制。(4)構(gòu)建一個(gè)雙機(jī)互聯(lián)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)一臺(tái)收發(fā)信機(jī)設(shè)備聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制,檢驗(yàn)船用VHF設(shè)備改造方案的正確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:At present, the VHF communication subsystem of VTS is mainly composed of special shore station equipment and VTS VHF communication network by the way of line exchange. This kind of VHF system has the problems of high project cost, high cost of management and maintenance, poor sustainability and so on. In recent years, the packet-switched VHF network based on VoIP technology is also used in VTS. However, because of the use of special equipment, it still has some problems such as high engineering cost. In addition, because of the use of commercial VoIP equipment and software in the system structure, Due to the lack of technical improvement on the characteristics of VHF communication operation, the problem of voice losing and voice quality being sometimes poor is caused by the non-synchronization of voice and control. Supported by the project "Zhicheng Bridge of Yichang VTS Project and VTS Station in Padang Waters" (contract No.: 20102942), a set of marine VHF equipment is studied in this paper. The VHF communication subsystem of VTS realized by VoIP packet network. This paper mainly studies the transformation of VHF communication equipment in VTS system, and uses embedded technology to transform the traditional VHF equipment. The modified marine VHF transceiver can realize the digital processing and transmission of analog voice signal, which makes the marine VHF equipment suitable for the VHF subsystem of VTS. Realizing the traffic management of the marine VHF equipment.) using the current popular VoIP packet network transmission technology, the transceiver can exchange information with each VHF operation terminal effectively and accurately, and realize the network communication of the traffic management equipment. The communication quality between ship and ship, between ship and shore, between base station and VTS center is improved. By analyzing the control signal of marine VHF equipment, the communication panel of VHF operation terminal is designed in Visual Studio 2008 programming environment. The remote control of remote base station equipment by operators of VTS center is realized. A dual computer interconnection system is constructed. The network control of a transceiver equipment is realized, and the correctness and feasibility of the modification scheme of marine VHF equipment are verified.
