車輛荷載變異對(duì)橋梁可靠度影響及檢測(cè)荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)改進(jìn)的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國工業(yè)化和城市化進(jìn)程的不斷地推進(jìn),公路運(yùn)營車輛荷載整體上發(fā)生了較大的變異,車輛超載問題日益嚴(yán)重,不少橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際壽命遠(yuǎn)低于設(shè)計(jì)壽命,導(dǎo)致既有橋梁的可靠度、運(yùn)營車輛荷載變異問題逐漸成為當(dāng)前研究的熱點(diǎn)。為此,本文基于京珠、渝湛和粵贛三條高速公路所獲得實(shí)測(cè)貨車荷載數(shù)據(jù),重現(xiàn)了三條高速公路的貨車車流,得出其荷載效應(yīng)極值,并基于GPD分布分析了既有橋梁的可靠度,提出了公路橋梁的檢測(cè)評(píng)估荷載取值改進(jìn)公式。本文研究工作主要包括以下四個(gè)方面:首先,利用動(dòng)態(tài)稱重系統(tǒng)WIM(Weight In Motion)獲取的三百多萬輛貨車荷載數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)車輛數(shù)據(jù)分別按總重、軸重、軸距分類統(tǒng)計(jì),并對(duì)三條高速公路的貨車荷載的情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,描述了其荷載特征,反映了各條高速公路當(dāng)前運(yùn)營貨車荷載現(xiàn)狀。其次,基于三條高速的貨車荷載數(shù)據(jù),采用蒙特卡羅法模擬隨機(jī)貨車車流,加載于簡支梁上計(jì)算其荷載效應(yīng),采用閾值模型、極大似然估計(jì)理論、結(jié)合極值理論和超越概率理論,構(gòu)建了三條高速公路的貨車荷載效應(yīng)在不同剩余服役期下的最大值分布函數(shù)并外其荷載效應(yīng)極值,分析不同高速公路的荷載效應(yīng)差異狀況。再次,通過橋梁檢測(cè)手段獲得在役橋梁的承載能力,結(jié)合車輛荷載效應(yīng)極值分布從而得出在服役橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的功能函數(shù),使用蒙特卡洛法進(jìn)行計(jì)算既有橋梁功能函數(shù)失效概率并考慮車輛荷載沖擊力的對(duì)既有橋梁可靠度的影響,得出橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)當(dāng)前的可靠度以及車輛荷載差異、發(fā)展變異對(duì)橋梁未來的可靠度影響。最后,根據(jù)上述計(jì)算結(jié)果,提出基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)荷載的公路橋梁檢測(cè)評(píng)估荷載取值改進(jìn)公式,并通過可靠度驗(yàn)算證明了該檢測(cè)評(píng)估荷載的實(shí)用性和可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization and urbanization in our country, the vehicle load of highway operation has changed greatly, the problem of vehicle overload is becoming more and more serious, and the actual life of many bridges is far lower than the design life. As a result of the reliability of existing bridges, the problem of load variation of operational vehicles has gradually become the focus of current research. Therefore, based on the measured load data obtained from Beijing-Zhujiang, Yuzhan and Guangdong-Jiangxi expressways, the freight car flow of the three expressways is reproduced, the extreme value of load effect is obtained, and the reliability of existing bridges is analyzed based on the GPD distribution. An improved formula for load selection of highway bridges is presented. The research work of this paper mainly includes the following four aspects: firstly, more than 3 million truck load data obtained from dynamic weighing system WIM(Weight in motion are statistically analyzed. The statistical data of vehicles are classified according to gross weight, axle load and wheelbase, and the load of freight cars on three highways is statistically analyzed, and the load characteristics are described, which reflect the current load situation of freight cars in operation on each highway. Secondly, based on the load data of three high-speed freight cars, the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the random freight car flow, and the load effect is calculated by loading on simply supported beams. The threshold model is adopted and the maximum likelihood estimation theory is used. Combined with extreme value theory and transcendental probability theory, the maximum distribution function of freight car load effect under different remaining service periods was constructed and its load effect extreme value was analyzed. Thirdly, the bearing capacity of in-service bridges is obtained by means of bridge detection, and the function function of the bridge structure in service is obtained by combining with the extreme value distribution of vehicle load effect. Using Monte Carlo method to calculate the failure probability of existing bridge function and considering the influence of vehicle load impact force on existing bridge reliability, the current reliability of bridge structure and the difference of vehicle load are obtained. The influence of development variation on the future reliability of bridges. Finally, according to the above calculation results, an improved formula of load selection for highway bridges based on standard design load is proposed, and the practicability and feasibility of the test and evaluation load are proved by reliability checking calculation.
