超大型船舶通航對(duì)航道通過能力影響的研究

【摘要】:隨著港口設(shè)施建設(shè)的不斷完善和擴(kuò)建,尤其是超大型船舶碼頭的建成投產(chǎn),越來越多的超大型船舶將會(huì)涌入現(xiàn)有的航道,致使水上交通環(huán)境日趨擁擠和復(fù)雜。為了充分發(fā)揮港口的作業(yè)能力,保持船舶航行和作業(yè)安全,提高通航效率,研究航道通過能力以及超大型船舶通航對(duì)交通流及航道通過能力的影響是非常必要的。超大型船舶的船舶領(lǐng)域、操縱性能以及航行行為與一般船舶不同,勢(shì)必會(huì)對(duì)海上航道的通過能力產(chǎn)生影響。船舶交通系統(tǒng),尤其是跟港口、泊位、錨地結(jié)合在一起時(shí),整個(gè)系統(tǒng)環(huán)境十分復(fù)雜,受到多種條件的制約,采用傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)分析方法來計(jì)算航道的通過能力往往不能考慮到這些復(fù)雜的條件,因此計(jì)算得到的結(jié)果與實(shí)際的航道通過能力有很大偏差。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)被越來越多的學(xué)者應(yīng)用到航道通過能力的計(jì)算與評(píng)價(jià)當(dāng)中。本文通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)資料的收集整理,分析了現(xiàn)有對(duì)航道通過能力的研究成果,對(duì)超大型船舶的尺度及操縱特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)交通流理論以及船舶交通仿真進(jìn)行了分析。同時(shí)借鑒以往的研究成果,建立超大型船舶通航對(duì)航道通過能力影響的定性、定量分析方法,該方法可以協(xié)助有關(guān)部門評(píng)價(jià)航道在不同交通條件下的通過能力。本文首先對(duì)超大型船舶進(jìn)行尺度界定,以仿真船舶為研究對(duì)象,并結(jié)合海上專業(yè)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立有超大型船舶參與的交通流模型,并確定通航安全及通航效率的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,研究超大型船舶通航對(duì)航道通過能力的影響,并提出提高通過能力的建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement and expansion of the construction of port facilities, especially the completion and production of the super large ship wharf, more and more super large vessels will be flooded into the existing waterways, resulting in the increasing congestion and complexity of the water traffic environment. In order to give full play to the operation capacity of the port, maintain the safety of navigation and operation of the ship, and improve the efficiency of navigation, The passage capacity of the channel and the influence of the navigation of the super large ship on the capacity of the traffic flow and the channel are very necessary. The field, the maneuverability and the navigation behavior of the super large ship are different from those of the general ship. It is bound to have an influence on the passing capacity of the sea channel. The ship pass system, especially with the port, berth and anchorage At the same time, the whole system environment is very complex and is restricted by many conditions. The traditional mathematical analysis method is often used to calculate the passage ability of the channel. So the calculated results are very bad with the actual channel passing ability. With the development of computer technology, computer simulation is used. More and more scholars have been applied to the calculation and evaluation of the ability of channel passage. By collecting and sorting out the existing documents, this paper analyzes the existing research results of the passage capacity of the channel, analyzes the scale and manipulation characteristics of the super large ships, and divides the traffic flow theory and the ship traffic simulation. At the same time, drawing on the previous research results, the qualitative and quantitative analysis method of the influence of the super large ship navigation on the passage capacity is established. This method can assist the relevant departments to evaluate the passage ability of the channel under different traffic conditions. First, the scale is defined to simulate the ship as the research object and the sea is combined with the sea. On the basis of professional practice experience, a traffic flow model with the participation of super large ships is established, and the evaluation index of navigation safety and navigation efficiency is determined. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the influence of the navigation on the passage capacity of the super large ship is studied, and the suggestion of improving the capacity is put forward.
