【摘要】：市政道路建設項目是基礎設施建設的重要板塊。隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程的加速,城市市政道路建設發(fā)展迅猛。作為基礎設施的市政道路建設項目,是體現(xiàn)城市形象的重要性標志。市政道路施工建設有著工期短、需協(xié)調溝通事項多的特點,在實踐中,道路項目建設各方也能認識到溝通在具體項目管理中的作用,但在具體應用中的計劃性、系統(tǒng)性和科學性還有很多需要提高的方面。元華路項目投資大、工期短,在建設過程中不可預見的因素較多,溝通管理在項目履約過程的管理中至為重要。市政道路項目與其他項目有所不同,它的主要功能是服務城市的內部功能體系,在交通分流及流量上也比較復雜,雖然不會有超重載的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,但是會對項目施工有較高的要求,它既是體現(xiàn)城市道路面貌和城市形象的主體,也是給城市居民帶來生活便利的主體,因此加強對市政道路項目的管理至關重要。而在市政道路的項目管理中,尤為重要的是進行溝通管理,溝通管理效果的好壞直接關系到整個項目的能否高效完成。本文圍繞元華路市政道路項目開展詳細研討,就完成項目最主要的溝通管理環(huán)節(jié)進行深度分析,為保證高標準的完成元華路市政道路項目建設,需要徹底解析其溝通管理的實踐、問題及對策。文章首先分析了元華路市政道路項目的概括情況,對實施項目的溝通管理特點做出了詳細的闡述,包括溝通范圍廣,層次多,溝通管理的要素多,溝通管理的階段性強,溝通管理的難度大等方面;其次,采取了問卷調查的方式,調查了元華路市政道路溝通管理的現(xiàn)狀,并針對現(xiàn)狀,分析了元華路市政道路溝通管理存在的問題,包括內部溝通不暢,外部溝通不暢,溝通渠道不系統(tǒng),溝通方式不靈活,管理者缺乏溝通技能等方面的缺陷,并針對元華路市政道路項目溝通管理存在的問題,本文提出以下解決對策,包括優(yōu)化項目組織結構,完善溝通機制,建立完善的溝通系統(tǒng),拓寬溝通渠道,優(yōu)化溝通方式,提高項目團隊溝通技能等措施。本文對元華路市政道路項目溝通管理進行了管理實踐研究,包括項目啟動階段,識別項目干系人,制定項目溝通計劃,預算項目溝通資源,計劃階段具體溝通管理工作安排,項目溝通管理技術應用;項目實施階段推進元華路市政道路項目的溝通計劃,選擇合適的元華路市政道路項目的方式,管理元華路市政道路項目溝通的沖突;項目收尾階段進行溝通管理的經驗教訓總結。通過對元華路市政道路項目溝通管理問題的解決,元華路市政道路溝通管理取得了較好的效果,改善了項目的經營管理,提高了項目溝通效率,提升了項目團隊溝通技能,較好地完成了項目目標。
[Abstract]:Municipal road construction project is an important plate of infrastructure construction. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the construction of municipal roads is developing rapidly. As the infrastructure of the municipal road construction project, is to reflect the importance of the image of the city. The construction of municipal road has the characteristics of short construction period and many communication items. In practice, the parties of road project construction can also realize the role of communication in specific project management, but the planning in specific application. There are many aspects that need to be improved in terms of systematicness and scientificalness. The Yuanhua Road project has a large investment, a short construction period and many unpredictable factors in the construction process. Communication management is very important in the management of the project performance process. The municipal road project is different from other projects. Its main function is to serve the internal function system of the city. It is also more complicated in traffic diversion and flow, although there will not be overloading. However, it is not only the main body of reflecting the appearance and image of the city, but also the main body of bringing convenience to the urban residents, so it is very important to strengthen the management of the municipal road project. In the project management of municipal roads, communication management is particularly important. The effect of communication management is directly related to whether the whole project can be completed efficiently. This article carries on the detailed discussion around the Yuanhua Road municipal road project, carries on the deep analysis to the most important communication management link to complete the project, in order to guarantee the high standard to complete the Yuanhua Road municipal road project construction, Need to thoroughly analyze its communication management practices, problems and countermeasures. The article first analyzes the general situation of Yuanhua Road Municipal Road Project, and makes a detailed description of the communication management characteristics of the implementation project, including a wide range of communication, many levels, many elements of communication management, the stage of communication management is strong. Secondly, the paper investigates the current situation of the communication management of Yuanhua Road, and analyzes the existing problems in the communication management of Yuanhua Road. Including internal communication, external communication, communication channels are not systematic, communication methods are not flexible, managers lack communication skills and so on, and aiming at the problems existing in communication management of Yuanhua Road municipal road project, This paper puts forward the following countermeasures, including optimizing the project organization structure, perfecting the communication mechanism, establishing a perfect communication system, widening the communication channels, optimizing the communication methods, improving the communication skills of the project team, etc. This article has carried on the management practice research to the Yuanhua road municipal road project communication management, including the project start-up stage, the identification project stakeholder, the formulation project communication plan, the budget project communication resources, the plan stage concrete communication management work arrangement, The application of project communication management technology, the promotion of communication plan of Yuanhua Road municipal road project in the project implementation stage, the selection of appropriate mode of Yuanhua Road municipal road project, and the management of the conflict of Yuanhua Road municipal road project communication; Summary of experience and lessons learned from communication management in the final phase of the project. Through solving the communication management problems of Yuanhua Road municipal road project, the communication management of Yuanhua Road municipal road has achieved better results, improved the project management, improved the project communication efficiency, and enhanced the communication skills of the project team. The project objectives were well achieved.
