水泥重復(fù)冷再生基層材料組成設(shè)計與耐久性研究

【摘要】:我國道路建設(shè)由原來的建設(shè)階段逐步過渡到新建與改建、養(yǎng)護(hù)與維修同行的新階段。道路現(xiàn)場冷再生技術(shù)因其經(jīng)濟(jì)性、環(huán)保性得到了道路養(yǎng)護(hù)管理部門的高度重視,同時在實(shí)際工程中也得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。隨著時間的推移,日趨增多的再生路面將會出現(xiàn)不同程度的破壞或達(dá)到其使用壽命。如何對已再生路面進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)和利用,是否有必要進(jìn)行重復(fù)冷再生,成為公路養(yǎng)護(hù)管理部門需要迫切面對的問題。本論文依托2014年貴州省交通廳項目《貴州省山區(qū)公路現(xiàn)場重復(fù)冷再生技術(shù)及耐久性研究》,主要結(jié)合貴州銅仁地區(qū)和畢節(jié)地區(qū)瀝青路面基層大修工程進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場重復(fù)冷再生技術(shù)材料研究。研究內(nèi)容主要包括貴州地區(qū)瀝青路面水穩(wěn)基層重復(fù)冷再生原材料技術(shù)性質(zhì)、重復(fù)冷再生混合料組成設(shè)計與力學(xué)性能、重復(fù)冷再生混合料疲勞性能等。重復(fù)冷再生原材料技術(shù)性質(zhì)方面,分析了銅仁和畢節(jié)地區(qū)銑刨料集料壓碎值、含泥量、針片狀含量、密度和含水率等物理力學(xué)性能和級配波動的特點(diǎn),為重復(fù)冷再生技術(shù)材料研究奠定了基礎(chǔ);再生混合料組成設(shè)計方面,針對銅仁和畢節(jié)地區(qū)的銑刨舊料分別采用添加分檔新料和混合料新料兩種方式,結(jié)合正交試驗分析研究水泥劑量、新料添加比例、養(yǎng)生齡期和壓實(shí)度等因素對再生混合料強(qiáng)度性能的影響規(guī)律,從而提出了重復(fù)冷再生混合料材料組成設(shè)計指標(biāo)和再生級配范圍;疲勞性能方面,采用應(yīng)力控制模式研究畢節(jié)地區(qū)重復(fù)再生混合料疲勞性能隨新料比例和水泥劑量的變化規(guī)律,并得到了不同保證率下的疲勞方程。研究結(jié)果表明,水泥劑量的增加有助于混合料疲勞性能的改善。相同的水泥劑量和壓實(shí)度下,當(dāng)新料添加達(dá)到50%時的重復(fù)冷再生混合料疲勞性能優(yōu)于添加30%的混合料。研究主要對重復(fù)冷再生混合料基本力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)隨新料比例、水泥劑量和養(yǎng)生齡期等因素的變化進(jìn)行了分析,下一步擬從再生集料表面缺陷的角度研究再生混合料路用性能的衰變規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The road construction of our country is gradually transitioning from the original construction stage to the new stage of new construction and reconstruction, maintenance and maintenance. Because of its economy and environmental protection, the road field cold regeneration technology has been attached great importance by the road maintenance and management department, and has also been widely used in practical engineering. With the passage of time, the increasing number of recycled pavement will appear varying degrees of damage or reach its service life. How to maintain and utilize the recycled pavement and whether it is necessary to carry out repeated cold regeneration has become an urgent problem for the highway maintenance and management department. Based on the project of Guizhou Provincial Traffic Department in 2014 < Technology and durability of repeated Cold Regeneration of Highway in Guizhou Mountain area in 2014, this paper mainly combines with the asphalt pavement base course overhaul project in Tongren and Bijie areas of Guizhou Province to carry out site repetition. Study on Cold Recycling Technology Materials. The main contents of the research include the technical properties of recycled raw materials, the composition design and mechanical properties of reclaimed cold recycled mixture, the fatigue performance of repeated cold recycled mixture, and so on. In terms of technical properties of recycled raw materials, the characteristics of physical and mechanical properties and gradation fluctuation of milling and planing aggregates in Tongren and Bijie areas, such as crushing value, mud content, needle sheet content, density and moisture content, are analyzed. In the aspect of composition design of recycled mixture, two ways of adding graded new material and new mixture material are used for milling and planing old materials in Tongren and Bijie areas, respectively. Combined with orthogonal test, the influence of cement dosage, proportion of new material, health age and compaction on the strength performance of recycled mixture was studied. In the aspect of fatigue performance, the fatigue performance of repeated recycled mixture in Bijie area is studied by using stress control mode with the ratio of new materials and cement dosage. The fatigue equations under different guarantee rates are obtained. The results show that the increase of cement dosage is helpful to improve the fatigue performance of mixture. Under the same cement dosage and compaction, the fatigue performance of the reclaimed cold recycled mixture is better than that of the mixture with 30% addition when the new material reaches 50%. The changes of basic mechanical properties of repeated cold recycled mixture with the ratio of new material, cement dosage and health age were analyzed. The next step is to study the decay law of road performance of recycled aggregate from the point of view of surface defects of recycled aggregate.
