【摘要】：城市綜合體的建設(shè)會(huì)吸引大量交通量的產(chǎn)生，這些新增的交通需求會(huì)導(dǎo)致建設(shè)項(xiàng)目周邊交通服務(wù)水平的下降，進(jìn)而引發(fā)很多交通問(wèn)題。為了緩解這一矛盾，就需要對(duì)城市綜合體建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行交通影響評(píng)價(jià)。 本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市綜合體建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的交通影響評(píng)價(jià)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出城市綜合體建設(shè)項(xiàng)目交通影響評(píng)價(jià)流程。其次利用煙羽模型法對(duì)城市綜合體的交通影響范圍進(jìn)行確定，以及運(yùn)用增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)法預(yù)測(cè)背景交通量和四階段模型法預(yù)測(cè)項(xiàng)目交通量預(yù)測(cè)。同時(shí)，選取建設(shè)項(xiàng)目周邊區(qū)域主要路段和交叉口，，公共交通設(shè)施，靜態(tài)交通設(shè)施等評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)，采用廣義函數(shù)法和層次分析法相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)綜合體進(jìn)行交通影響評(píng)價(jià)。 最后，論文應(yīng)用上述方法對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市北站房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了交通影響評(píng)價(jià)，并給出了具體的改善方案。
[Abstract]:The construction of urban complex will attract a large number of traffic volume, these new traffic demand will lead to the decline of traffic service level around the construction project, and then lead to a lot of traffic problems. In order to alleviate this contradiction, it is necessary to carry on the traffic impact evaluation to the urban complex construction project. In this paper, the current situation of traffic impact assessment of urban complex construction projects at home and abroad is introduced in detail, and based on this, the traffic impact assessment process of urban complex construction projects is put forward. Secondly, the smoke plume model method is used to determine the traffic impact range of the urban complex, and the growth trend method is used to forecast the background traffic volume and the four-stage model method to predict the project traffic volume. At the same time, the main road sections and intersections, public transport facilities, static traffic facilities and other evaluation indexes are selected to evaluate the traffic impact of the complex by combining the generalized function method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. Finally, the paper uses the above method to carry on the traffic impact evaluation to the Changchun north station building project, and gives the concrete improvement plan.
