硬質道路瀝青的不同制備技術

【摘要】:以伊朗重質渣油為原料,對其采用減壓深拔、溶劑脫瀝青、溶劑脫瀝青+調和組合工藝制備30#硬質道路瀝青可行性進行考察。結果表明,減壓深拔和溶劑脫瀝青+調和工藝用來制備硬質道路瀝青較為適宜。采用減壓蒸餾工藝較為簡單,適當提高蒸餾深度即可制備滿足GB/T 15180—2010技術要求的30#硬質道路瀝青,輕餾分油收率可增加8.1%;單獨采用溶劑脫瀝青工藝制備30#硬質瀝青,盡管能制備出滿足指標的30~#硬質瀝青,但脫瀝青油收率較低,僅為6.6%~16.0%,經濟效益較差;采用溶劑脫瀝青+渣油(高標號瀝青)調和工藝,可以制備出高低溫性能較優(yōu)的30~#硬質瀝青,適宜的操作條件為:丁烷為溶劑,抽提塔塔溫度107℃,抽提壓力3.8MPa,劑油質量比為2.9,此時脫瀝青油收率為41.2%,殘?zhí)啃∮?%,金屬含量小于30μg/g,滿足催化裂化進料要求;硬質脫油瀝青軟化點為105.4℃,針入度為0,適宜的調和軟組分選擇春風渣油和90~#瀝青。瀝青混合料試驗表明,相比70~#A級道路瀝青,30~#硬質瀝青混合料具有良好的抗車轍性能和水穩(wěn)定性能,基本能夠達到改性瀝青的效果,可將其用于瀝青路面的中下面層提高路面的抗車轍能力。
[Abstract]:Using Iranian heavy residuum as raw material, the feasibility of preparing 30# hard road asphalt by vacuum deep drawing, solvent deasphalting, solvent deasphalting and blending process was investigated. The results show that it is suitable to prepare hard road asphalt by vacuum deep drawing and solvent deasphalting. The vacuum distillation process is relatively simple, the 30# hard road asphalt can be prepared by properly increasing the distillation depth, and the yield of light distillate oil can be increased by 8.1%, and the 30# hard asphalt can be prepared by using solvent deasphalting process alone, which meets the technical requirements of GB/T 15180-2010. Although 30 # hard asphalt can be prepared, the yield of deasphalted oil is relatively low, which is only 6.6% 16.0, and the economic benefit is poor. The solvent deasphalting residuum (high grade asphalt) blending process is adopted.
