重型貨車右轉(zhuǎn)彎與二輪車碰撞原因分析與對策研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著道路交通的不斷發(fā)展,交通事故中重型貨車與二輪車碰撞事故近年都呈增長趨勢,僅次于車輛與行人碰撞事故。重型貨車在貨物運(yùn)輸行業(yè)、工程建筑行業(yè)等方面比客車、轎車等其他車型有著更為重要的地位;然而重型貨車的駕駛室車身結(jié)構(gòu)決定了其特殊的視野死角,人的視覺會(huì)隨車速的增加而減弱,重型貨車其駕駛室的位置比轎車高,而且車身也較寬,駕駛?cè)宋挥谄嚨淖髠?cè),即使在重型貨車駕駛室外安裝了多個(gè)后視鏡,但在行駛過程中駕駛?cè)艘膊豢赡苡^察到駕駛室左右兩側(cè)的全方位情況,故存在較大的觀察死角,特別在重型貨車右轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí)對騎車人的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)造成嚴(yán)重的威脅。而且致死率很高。因此研究避免重型貨車右轉(zhuǎn)彎與二輪車碰撞有著重大意義。本文結(jié)合2012—2016年間國家質(zhì)檢總局缺陷產(chǎn)品管理中心(NAIS)和四川西華司法鑒定所歷年采集的30例重型貨車右轉(zhuǎn)彎與二輪車碰撞的交通事故進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。針對重型貨車右轉(zhuǎn)彎與二輪車碰撞這一類事故,本文從統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)角度和交通管理實(shí)際,分別闡述了事故主要成因分析,以及研究了避免事故發(fā)生的策略研究。分別對現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)外各個(gè)高校和機(jī)構(gòu)提出的防碰撞模型進(jìn)行討論分析,然后根據(jù)國內(nèi)重型貨車的特點(diǎn)以及中國特殊的道路交通環(huán)境利用PC-CRASH仿真軟對30起真實(shí)事故進(jìn)行再現(xiàn)研究并對騎車人頭部損傷進(jìn)行分析。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一組正交試驗(yàn),其中包含10個(gè)因素,每個(gè)參數(shù)取3個(gè)水平,正交試驗(yàn)表選L27(313)。針對貨車減速度、車速、坐高、第一碰撞點(diǎn)和地面摩擦系數(shù)等參數(shù)對二輪車第一碰撞點(diǎn)和最終位置距離的影響因素,最終得到危險(xiǎn)判定指標(biāo)中的主要參數(shù):最后利用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件對仿真數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得到T=F(M,V,D)線性回歸的數(shù)學(xué)模型,可作為研發(fā)事故預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的是否啟動(dòng)報(bào)警的判定指標(biāo)。最后,以真實(shí)的重型貨車右轉(zhuǎn)彎碰二輪車事故案例驗(yàn)證了報(bào)警判定指標(biāo)的可行性。本課題研究的結(jié)論可供相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)對重型貨車主動(dòng)安全方面的研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of road traffic, traffic accidents between heavy goods vehicles and two-wheeled vehicles have been increasing in recent years, second only to vehicle and pedestrian accidents.Heavy trucks play a more important role in the field of cargo transportation, engineering and construction than other types of vehicles such as passenger cars and cars. However, the structure of the cab body of heavy trucks determines their special angle of view.People's vision weakens with the increase of speed. Heavy goods vehicles have a higher cab position than a car, and a wider body. The driver is on the left side of the vehicle, even though several rearview mirrors are installed outside the cab of the heavy goods vehicle.However, it is impossible for the driver to observe the omnidirectional situation on the left and right sides of the cab during the driving process, so there is a large dead angle, especially when the heavy truck turns to the right, it poses a serious threat to the life and property of the cyclists.And the fatality rate is very high.Therefore, it is of great significance to avoid the collision between the right turn of heavy truck and two-wheeled vehicle.This paper makes a statistical analysis of 30 traffic accidents in which heavy trucks collide with two-wheeled trucks from 2012 to 2016 by the defect Product Management Center (NAIS) of the State Administration of quality Supervision and Quarantine (AQSIQ) and the Sichuan Xihua Forensic Authentication Institute (Xihua Forensic Appraisal Institute) over the years.In view of the accident of heavy truck right turn and collision between two wheel vehicle, this paper expounds the main cause of accident from the point of view of statistics and traffic management practice, and studies the strategy of avoiding the accident.The anti-collision models put forward by various universities and institutions at home and abroad are discussed and analyzed respectively.Then according to the characteristics of heavy duty trucks in China and the special road traffic environment in China, the simulation software PC-CRASH is used to reproduce 30 real accidents and the head injuries of cyclists are analyzed.In this paper, a group of orthogonal experiments is designed, which contains 10 factors, with 3 levels for each parameter, and L27313C is selected for orthogonal test table.The factors that affect the distance between the first impact point and the final position of the two-wheeled vehicle, such as the deceleration, the speed, the sitting height, the first impact point and the ground friction coefficient, are discussed.Finally, the main parameters of the risk determination index are obtained. Finally, the simulation data are statistically analyzed by using SPSS software, and the mathematical model of linear regression is obtained, which can be used as the judgement index of whether to start the alarm or not in the research and development of the early warning system of accidents.Finally, the feasibility of the alarm judgment index is verified by the real accident case of heavy truck turning right and two wheel vehicle.The conclusion of this paper can be used as a reference for heavy truck active safety research.
