【摘要】：在我國高速公路建設(shè)迅速發(fā)展的同時,高速公路瀝青路面早期破壞和耐久性不足問題也一并存在,并已成為影響我國公路健康發(fā)展的突出問題。施工質(zhì)量存在的變異性是造成路面早期破壞的關(guān)鍵因素之一。研究表明,分析與探討瀝青路面原材料、瀝青混合料性質(zhì)與相關(guān)變異性、變異性實際控制方案、評價與有效控制瀝青路面均勻性,提出瀝青路面施工質(zhì)控管理措施,對瀝青路面的施工養(yǎng)護(hù)極具重要參考價值。本文以貴州地區(qū)的公路瀝青路面大量試驗及檢測數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對影響瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量且具有變異性的主要技術(shù)參數(shù),如瀝青的針入度、軟化點(diǎn)、延度、集料的級配、粗集料含泥量、針片狀顆粒含量、瀝青混合料的級配、瀝青含量、施工溫度以及路面壓實度、平整度和厚度進(jìn)行了研究,分析了其變異性的水平、分布規(guī)律及其對路面性能的影響,并提出了減小施工變異性的措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction in China, the problems of early damage and insufficient durability of highway asphalt pavement also exist, and have become a prominent problem affecting the healthy development of highway in China.The variability of construction quality is one of the key factors that cause the early damage of pavement.The research shows that the raw materials of asphalt pavement, the properties and relative variability of asphalt mixture, the actual control scheme of variability, the evaluation and effective control of asphalt pavement uniformity are analyzed and discussed, and the quality control and management measures for asphalt pavement construction are put forward.It is of great reference value for the construction and maintenance of asphalt pavement.Based on a large number of test and test data of highway asphalt pavement in Guizhou area, this paper deals with the main technical parameters, such as pitch penetration, softening point, ductility, aggregate gradation, which affect the construction quality of asphalt pavement and have variability, such as pitch penetration, softening point, ductility, aggregate gradation, etc.The content of coarse aggregate, needle particle content, gradation of asphalt mixture, asphalt content, construction temperature, compactness, smoothness and thickness of pavement are studied, and the level of variability is analyzed.The distribution law and its influence on pavement performance are put forward, and the measures to reduce the construction variability are put forward.
