火災(zāi)后橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)受損評價分析及加固方法研究

【摘要】:混凝土橋梁以其施工方便、造價經(jīng)濟、養(yǎng)護方便、跨越能力強等優(yōu)點而得到廣泛應(yīng)用,而近年來公路橋梁火災(zāi)事件頻頻發(fā)生,火災(zāi)時的高溫作用能使組成橋梁的混凝土、普通鋼筋以及預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋等受到損傷,同時又能使組成橋梁的各部件產(chǎn)生損傷;馂(zāi)不僅對混凝土橋梁自身造成極大損傷,而且嚴重影響交通運輸?shù)恼_\營;馂(zāi)后必須對受損橋梁進行及時且合理科學(xué)的損傷評估,并制定合理的處置加固方法,以達到恢復(fù)結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力、保證路網(wǎng)通暢的目的。本文以一座遭遇火災(zāi)的混凝土橋梁為背景,對火災(zāi)后混凝土橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)受損評價分析方法及處置加固方法進行系統(tǒng)研究,主要研究如下:(1)在現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從混凝土橋梁的組成材料角度出發(fā),歸類分析了混凝土、普通鋼筋以及預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋在火災(zāi)時和火災(zāi)后的損傷特點,為過火混凝土橋梁的檢測評估提供了依據(jù)。(2)在了解混凝土橋梁各組成材料損傷特點的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了適用于過火橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測評估程序,并對過火背景橋各構(gòu)件按照該程序進行一系列受損檢測,驗證了該檢測評估方法和流程的可操作性,本文提出的過火橋梁損傷檢測方案具有一定參考價值。(3)研究分析了過火橋梁的幾種評價方法,針對現(xiàn)有研究不足,提出了過火混凝土橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)性能的綜合評價法,詳細給出了其損傷評價過程,并成功應(yīng)用于背景橋的損傷評估中。(4)研究了過火橋梁處置加固的基本原則以及火災(zāi)后橋梁各構(gòu)件的主要加固方法,并討論了各加固方法的適用性。最后提出了背景橋梁加固維修方案,并通過對加固后的背景橋進行理論分析計算驗證了該方案安全可靠,為同類型橋梁的加固維修提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Concrete bridges are widely used because of their advantages such as convenient construction, economical cost, convenient maintenance, strong span ability, etc. In recent years, the fire events of highway bridges occur frequently, and the high temperature effect of fire can make the concrete of the bridge.The common steel bar and the prestressed steel bar are damaged, and the components of the bridge can be damaged at the same time.The fire not only causes great damage to the concrete bridge itself, but also seriously affects the normal operation of transportation.The damage assessment of damaged bridges must be carried out in time and scientifically after the fire, and reasonable disposal and reinforcement methods should be worked out in order to restore the bearing capacity of the structure and ensure the smooth road network.In this paper, based on the background of a concrete bridge in fire, the methods of damage evaluation and strengthening of concrete bridge structure after fire are studied systematically. The main research is as follows: 1) based on the existing research results,From the point of view of the composition material of concrete bridge, the damage characteristics of concrete, ordinary steel bar and prestressed steel bar during and after fire are classified and analyzed.This paper provides a basis for the detection and evaluation of overfire concrete bridges. On the basis of understanding the damage characteristics of each component material of concrete bridges, this paper puts forward a detection and evaluation program suitable for overfire bridge structures.A series of damage detection was carried out according to the procedure to verify the maneuverability of the detection method and process.The damage detection scheme of overfire bridge proposed in this paper has certain reference value. Several evaluation methods of overfire bridge are studied and analyzed. Aiming at the deficiency of existing research, a comprehensive evaluation method of overfire concrete bridge structure performance is put forward.The damage assessment process is given in detail, and successfully applied to the damage assessment of the background bridge. The basic principles of overfire bridge disposal and reinforcement and the main reinforcement methods of the bridge members after fire are studied, and the applicability of each reinforcement method is discussed.Finally, the reinforcement and maintenance scheme of the background bridge is put forward, and the theoretical analysis and calculation of the strengthened background bridge are carried out to verify the safety and reliability of the scheme, which provides the basis for the reinforcement and maintenance of the same type of bridge.
