物流運輸跟蹤數(shù)據(jù)采集與可視化監(jiān)控的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在物流車輛在途運輸監(jiān)控過程中,有效的對運輸車輛進行實時跟蹤監(jiān)控和數(shù)據(jù)采集是做好物流在途監(jiān)控的基礎(chǔ)。隨著我國移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展以及智能手機終端的快速普及,借助移動應用APP開展物流在途監(jiān)控業(yè)務越來越受到企業(yè)的重視,智能手機應用以其輕資產(chǎn)、高效率、移動化等鮮明的特點為物流企業(yè)有效的做好運輸車輛實時跟蹤監(jiān)控和數(shù)據(jù)采集提供了新的途徑。于此同時,如何將跟蹤采集到的物流車輛數(shù)據(jù)高效的組織利用起來,成為物流車輛在途監(jiān)控的關(guān)鍵問題。通過建立物流運輸可視化監(jiān)控平臺,物流相關(guān)利益方可通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)訪問監(jiān)控平臺,對運輸車輛和貨物進行實時監(jiān)控和查看,保證物流信息在客戶和物流商之間暢通、透明、信息傳遞及時準確,避免產(chǎn)生物流信息黑洞。本文基于某汽車公司整車制造廠的整車物流協(xié)同監(jiān)控平臺系統(tǒng),提出利用智能手機作為車輛在途定位終端,通過在Android智能手機終端開發(fā)物流車輛數(shù)據(jù)采集APP移動應用,利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)地圖服務商免費提供的開放地圖API作為web GIS開發(fā)技術(shù),設(shè)計開發(fā)物流車輛跟蹤監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),對物流在途車輛進行實時跟蹤和顯示。本文首先討論了物流車輛跟蹤監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的課題背景和研究意義,之后詳細闡明和剖析了整車物流協(xié)同監(jiān)控平臺系統(tǒng)并重點討論了物流車輛跟蹤監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的需求分析,然后對系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊設(shè)計進行了說明,在此基礎(chǔ)上對車輛跟蹤數(shù)據(jù)采集客戶端應用各個功能模塊的設(shè)計開發(fā)及web端監(jiān)控平臺功能模塊的設(shè)計開發(fā)過程進行了詳細的闡述和說明。最后,本文對系統(tǒng)中涉及到的在途車輛行駛里程計算、車輛行駛軌跡回放線路描繪問題進行了研究探討并給出解決方案。
[Abstract]:In the process of monitoring the transportation of the logistics vehicles, the effective real-time tracking and monitoring and data acquisition of the transport vehicles is the basis of the monitoring of the logistics in transit.With the rapid development of mobile Internet in China and the rapid popularization of smart phone terminals, enterprises pay more and more attention to the logistics monitoring business with the help of mobile application APP. Smart phone applications have light assets and high efficiency.The distinct characteristics of mobility provide a new way for logistics enterprises to do a good job of real-time tracking monitoring and data acquisition of transport vehicles.At the same time, how to efficiently organize and use the collected data of logistics vehicle becomes the key problem of the monitoring of logistics vehicle on the way.Through the establishment of a visual monitoring platform for logistics transportation, logistics related interests can access the monitoring platform through the Internet to monitor and view transport vehicles and goods in real time, so as to ensure that logistics information is smooth and transparent between customers and logistics providers.Information transmission timely and accurate, to avoid the production of logistics information black hole.Based on the vehicle logistics cooperative monitoring platform system of a vehicle manufacturing factory, this paper proposes to use smart phone as the vehicle positioning terminal and develop the APP mobile application of logistics vehicle data acquisition in the Android smart phone terminal.Using the open map API provided free of charge by the Internet map service provider as the web GIS development technology, the logistics vehicle tracking and monitoring system is designed and developed, and the real-time tracking and displaying of the logistics vehicle in transit is carried out.This paper first discusses the background and significance of the logistics vehicle tracking and monitoring system, then expounds and analyzes the vehicle logistics collaborative monitoring platform system in detail, and focuses on the demand analysis of the logistics vehicle tracking and monitoring system.Then the design of each function module of the system is explained.On this basis, the design and development of each function module of vehicle tracking data acquisition client application and the design and development process of web monitoring platform function module are described and explained in detail.Finally, this paper studies and discusses the calculation of the driving mileage and the replay of the track of the vehicle in the system, and gives the solution.
