隱私保護的智能交通流量分析方案研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術和社會經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,人們生活水平也在飛速提升,每戶平均擁有的機動車數(shù)量也在逐年劇增,且人們對交通的需求量也沒有遞減的趨勢。這在便利了人們日常生活、促進國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的同時,也給城市道路交通帶來了巨大的壓力。為緩解這種狀況,智能交通系統(tǒng)(Intelligent Transportation System,簡稱ITS)迅速發(fā)展起來,近年來引起了學術界和工業(yè)界的研究熱潮。而隨著ITS的普及以及發(fā)展,車載信息系統(tǒng)(Vehicle Information System,簡稱VIS)以及車載自組網(wǎng)(Vehicular ad hoc network,簡稱VANET)等新興的智能交通技術也隨之發(fā)展起來。智能交通系統(tǒng)可以很大程度地改善道路交通狀況,減少交通事故的發(fā)生。但是ITS的繁榮還是面臨著很多問題,比如說單個用戶數(shù)據(jù)的隱私保護問題以及位置隱私保護問題,F(xiàn)有的一些方案雖然也在一定程度上解決了隱私保護問題,但是還存在精度不高、代理轉發(fā)安全性差等缺點。本文根據(jù)智能交通系統(tǒng)面臨的挑戰(zhàn),分析現(xiàn)有方案特點,利用基于Pailliar同態(tài)加密技術的聚合技術,重點對智能交通系統(tǒng)中單個用戶的數(shù)據(jù)隱私及身份隱私進行了研究。具體工作內容如下:第一,本文通過分析現(xiàn)有方案,將道路信息映射到了一個超級遞增序列,實現(xiàn)了多維數(shù)據(jù)向一維數(shù)據(jù)的聚合,這樣一來降低了中間節(jié)點的負荷,提高了整個智能交通系統(tǒng)的傳輸和處理效率。同時,超級遞增序列的使用,使得交通管理中心可以明確區(qū)分每個路段信息,實現(xiàn)了交通流量數(shù)據(jù)細粒度的采集與分析。第二,利用聚合技術、Paillier同態(tài)加密技術、BLS短簽名技術,實現(xiàn)了在不泄露用戶隱私的前提下,計算分析出每個路段的平均車速和用戶個數(shù)的目標,且可以高效精確地區(qū)分出不同的路段。我們能夠在保護用戶隱私的同時分析不同路段的交通流量,給人們的出行制定更好的交通計劃帶來便利,實現(xiàn)了高精度的用戶數(shù)據(jù)隱私保護。第三,避免了身份隱私泄露給中間節(jié)點的風險。每個合法的用戶實時采集速度信息,然后在車載終端加密簽名處理后發(fā)送給他(她)所在區(qū)域的道路單元設備。道路單元設備收到數(shù)據(jù)后并不能解密密文,而是直接初步聚合簽名處理后發(fā)送給交通管理中心。因此,在整個過程中,用戶的身份隱私是不會被泄露給道路單元設備的。且每個用戶的單個數(shù)據(jù)信息是安全的,實現(xiàn)了單個用戶數(shù)據(jù)的隱私保護。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and social economy, people's living standard is also rising rapidly, the average number of motor vehicles per household is also increasing sharply year by year, and the demand for transportation is not decreasing.This not only facilitates people's daily life and promotes national economic development, but also brings great pressure to urban road traffic.In order to alleviate this situation, Intelligent Transportation system (ITSs) of Intelligent Transportation system (its) has developed rapidly, which has aroused the research upsurge in academia and industry in recent years.With the popularization and development of ITS, the new intelligent transportation technologies, such as vehicle Information system (vis) and vehicle hoc Network (VANET), have been developed.Intelligent Transportation system (its) can greatly improve road traffic conditions and reduce traffic accidents.However, the prosperity of ITS still faces many problems, such as the privacy protection of individual user data and location privacy.Although some existing schemes have solved the problem of privacy protection to some extent, there are still some shortcomings such as low precision and poor security of forwarding agent.According to the challenge of Intelligent Transportation system (its) and the characteristics of existing schemes, this paper focuses on the data privacy and identity privacy of individual users in its by using the aggregation technology based on Pailliar homomorphic encryption technology.The specific work is as follows: first, by analyzing the existing schemes, this paper maps the road information to a super incremental sequence, realizes the aggregation of multidimensional data to one-dimensional data, which reduces the load of intermediate nodes.The transmission and processing efficiency of the whole intelligent transportation system is improved.At the same time, with the use of super increasing sequence, traffic management center can clearly distinguish the information of each section and realize the fine grained collection and analysis of traffic flow data.Secondly, the Paillier homomorphic encryption technique and BLS short signature technique are used to realize the goal of calculating and analyzing the average speed and the number of users in each section without revealing the user's privacy.And can effectively and accurately distinguish different sections of the road.We can protect the privacy of users and analyze the traffic flow of different sections of the road at the same time, which makes it convenient for people to make better transportation plans, and realizes the protection of user data privacy with high precision.Third, the risk of identity privacy leaking to the middle node is avoided.Each legitimate user collects speed information in real time and sends it to the road unit device in his or her area after encryption and signature processing at the vehicle terminal.After receiving the data, the road unit equipment can not decrypt the ciphertext, but send it to the traffic management center after the initial aggregation signature processing.Therefore, in the whole process, the user's identity privacy will not be leaked to the road unit device.And the individual data information of each user is secure, which realizes the privacy protection of the single user data.
