基于廣義出行費(fèi)用的城市道路網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:城市道路網(wǎng)作為交通系統(tǒng)的骨架,對(duì)城市發(fā)展有著至關(guān)重要的作用。但在自然災(zāi)害、大型活動(dòng)、交通事故、道路施工等各種事件的影響下,路網(wǎng)部分路段可能失效,嚴(yán)重時(shí),整個(gè)路網(wǎng)甚至癱瘓?茖W(xué)地評(píng)價(jià)城市道路網(wǎng)脆弱性,有針對(duì)的進(jìn)行路段改善,對(duì)城市道路網(wǎng)優(yōu)化有著重要的指導(dǎo)意義。當(dāng)前學(xué)者對(duì)城市道路網(wǎng)脆弱性的研究已經(jīng)取得了諸多成果,但仍存在不足之處。本文所提出的基于廣義出行費(fèi)用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效性指標(biāo)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)出行成本指標(biāo),可以更加精確地描述路網(wǎng)整體的性能。本文圍繞城市道路網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)價(jià),主要開展以下工作:首先,本文對(duì)城市道路網(wǎng)脆弱性及其相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,將脆弱性定義為道路受外界擾動(dòng)時(shí),性能受影響的敏感程度,對(duì)脆弱性影響因素進(jìn)行機(jī)理分析,從定性和定量兩個(gè)角度分析城市道路網(wǎng)脆弱性的影響因素。其次,針對(duì)城市用戶,給出廣義出行費(fèi)用的定義,建立考慮貨幣、時(shí)間、舒適度三種成本的廣義出行費(fèi)用模型,利用SP和RP調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法,分析哈爾濱市用戶出行特點(diǎn),結(jié)合分析數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行標(biāo)定;本文通過刪除路段的方式描述路網(wǎng)遭受干擾后的變化,為提高評(píng)價(jià)效率,利用拓?fù)渲笜?biāo)和路段屬性指標(biāo),建立路段重要度指數(shù),選取指數(shù)前20%的路段作為關(guān)鍵路段;引入基于廣義出行費(fèi)用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效性指標(biāo)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)出行成本指標(biāo),通過去除關(guān)鍵路段的方法,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)出行成本在去除關(guān)鍵路段前后的變化率,進(jìn)而評(píng)價(jià)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的脆弱性。最后,選取哈爾濱市某局部路網(wǎng),應(yīng)用本文提出的理論和方法,對(duì)路網(wǎng)進(jìn)行簡化,計(jì)算路段重要度指數(shù),識(shí)別出路網(wǎng)中的關(guān)鍵路段,通過刪除關(guān)鍵路段的方法,采用UE模型進(jìn)行交通分配,得到路段刪除前后網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)出行成本的值,從而對(duì)路網(wǎng)進(jìn)行脆弱性評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:As the skeleton of traffic system, urban road network plays an important role in urban development.However, under the influence of natural disasters, large-scale activities, traffic accidents, road construction and other events, some sections of the road network may fail, and when serious, the whole road network may even be paralyzed.To evaluate the vulnerability of urban road network scientifically and to improve the road section is of great significance to the optimization of urban road network.Many achievements have been made in the research of the vulnerability of urban road network, but there are still some shortcomings.The network efficiency index and network travel cost index based on generalized travel cost proposed in this paper can more accurately describe the overall performance of the road network.This paper focuses on the vulnerability assessment of urban road network. Firstly, this paper defines the vulnerability of urban road network and its related concepts, and defines vulnerability as the sensitivity to the impact of road performance when the road is disturbed by the outside world.The influencing factors of urban road network vulnerability are analyzed in terms of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Secondly, aiming at the urban users, this paper gives the definition of the generalized travel cost, establishes the generalized travel cost model considering the currency, time and comfort cost, and analyzes the travel characteristics of Harbin by means of SP and RP survey.The model is calibrated based on the analysis data. In order to improve the evaluation efficiency, the model is calibrated by deleting the road sections. In order to improve the evaluation efficiency, the importance index of the road sections is established by using the topological index and the attribute index of the road sections.Select the first 20% of the index as the key section, introduce the network efficiency index and network travel cost index based on the generalized travel cost, by removing the key sections of the method,This paper analyzes the efficiency of the network and the change rate of the network travel cost before and after the removal of the key sections, and then evaluates the vulnerability of the network.Finally, select a local road network in Harbin, apply the theory and method proposed in this paper, simplify the road network, calculate the road section importance index, identify the key sections of the road network, by deleting the key sections of the method,The UE model is used for traffic assignment, and the values of network efficiency and network travel cost before and after road deletion are obtained, and the vulnerability evaluation of the road network is carried out.
