【摘要】:研究目的:本文以北京地下直徑線盾構隧道為工程背景,針對北京砂卵石地層大直徑泥水盾構泥漿的配制及成膜問題,采用室內試驗研究泥漿特性的影響因素,從泥漿滲流量、孔隙水壓力、泥膜抗?jié)B性及滲透距離方面對試驗泥漿的作用效果進行分析和評價。研究結論:(1)泥漿添加劑宜采用聚丙烯酰胺、正電膠干粉和羧甲基纖維素鈉的組合形式;(2)配制的紅色改性鈉膨潤土泥漿,對開挖面的穩(wěn)定和渣土運輸方面的作用效果顯著,但泥漿形成泥膜的時間并不明顯;(3)華北油田Ⅲ型泥漿能夠快速地封堵地層的孔隙,降低水的濾失,所形成的泥膜抗?jié)B性較好,是北京砂卵石地層泥水盾構最理想的泥漿類型;(4)本研究結果可對類似的砂卵石地層泥水盾構工程施工提供一定的參考及借鑒。
[Abstract]:Research objective: taking Beijing underground diameter shield tunnel as the engineering background, aiming at the problem of mud preparation and film formation of large diameter mud shield machine in Beijing sand pebble formation, the influence factors of mud characteristics are studied by laboratory test, and the seepage flow rate of mud is studied.Pore water pressure, impermeability of mud membrane and permeation distance were analyzed and evaluated.Conclusion: the red modified sodium bentonite slurry prepared with polyacrylamide, positive gel dry powder and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is suitable for the slurry additive. The effect of the modified sodium bentonite mud on the stability of excavated surface and the transport of residual soil is remarkable.However, the time of mud film formation is not obvious.) the type 鈪,
