【摘要】：目的深入理解人們?cè)陂_(kāi)車(chē)時(shí)使用手機(jī)的動(dòng)機(jī)與需求。方法通過(guò)定性研究的方法,在北京和廣州兩個(gè)城市組織焦點(diǎn)小組,對(duì)不同性別、駕齡的48名用戶(hù)的行為和動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)論全部受訪者都存在邊開(kāi)車(chē)邊接打電話(huà)的行為。擔(dān)心錯(cuò)過(guò)重要的電話(huà),或是擔(dān)心被認(rèn)為無(wú)禮使得開(kāi)車(chē)時(shí)接打電話(huà)成為人們的剛性需求。相較而言,女性比男性,短駕齡的人比長(zhǎng)駕齡的人更傾向于采取謹(jǐn)慎的策略來(lái)降低安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)�，F(xiàn)有的車(chē)載系統(tǒng)和藍(lán)牙方案都不能有效滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)的需求,因此,除了安全的考慮外,舒適、便捷和隱私都需要加以改善,以提供更好的用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the motivations and needs of people using mobile phones while driving.Methods A qualitative study was conducted to analyze the behavior and motivation of 48 users with different genders and driving ages in Beijing and Guangzhou.Conclusion all interviewees had the behavior of driving and answering the phone.Fear of missing important calls or being considered rude makes answering calls while driving a rigid demand.By comparison, women were more likely than men to adopt prudent strategies to reduce safety risks, compared with older drivers.The existing vehicle system and Bluetooth scheme can not meet the needs of users effectively. Therefore, in addition to security considerations, comfort, convenience and privacy need to be improved to provide a better user experience.
