【摘要】:集裝箱班輪航線設(shè)計(jì)是班輪公司的重要戰(zhàn)略決策,直接關(guān)系到航線配船和船型選擇,對(duì)班輪公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本和效益產(chǎn)生長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的影響。隨著近年來(lái)集裝箱航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)需求的劇烈波動(dòng),船公司在運(yùn)力過(guò)剩的環(huán)境下面臨更加嚴(yán)峻的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì),在當(dāng)前的情況下,除了價(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之外,班輪公司如何依據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)區(qū)域內(nèi)貨流需求和港口條件,科學(xué)合理地優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)班輪航線,提高服務(wù)水平也是船公司保持市場(chǎng)份額的重要方式。目前學(xué)界和業(yè)界在研究班輪航線系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題時(shí)大多數(shù)僅考慮班輪企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,而忽略了托運(yùn)人因貨物等待裝運(yùn)或在海上運(yùn)輸途中產(chǎn)生的庫(kù)存成本。如果僅站在班輪企業(yè)的角度優(yōu)化航線問(wèn)題,就有可能將班輪企業(yè)多獲得的利潤(rùn)作為成本轉(zhuǎn)嫁到托運(yùn)人身上。那么,托運(yùn)人站在自身的角度考慮問(wèn)題,很可能不會(huì)選擇該班輪企業(yè)進(jìn)行貨物運(yùn)輸,使得班輪航線系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案并非最優(yōu)。為改進(jìn)集裝箱班輪航線系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,結(jié)合集裝箱班輪航線運(yùn)輸特點(diǎn),在滿(mǎn)足區(qū)域內(nèi)集裝箱貨運(yùn)需求的前提下,通過(guò)綜合考慮在集裝箱運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中與托運(yùn)人有關(guān)的庫(kù)存成本以及承運(yùn)人運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,本文研究構(gòu)建了集裝箱航線系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化模型。本文首先詳細(xì)介紹了集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)南嚓P(guān)概念和理論,包括集裝箱運(yùn)輸及航線的特點(diǎn)、集裝箱班輪運(yùn)行過(guò)程、集裝箱班輪運(yùn)輸發(fā)展特征以及集裝箱班輪航線系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的必要性等問(wèn)題;后對(duì)集裝箱班輪航線系統(tǒng)展開(kāi)細(xì)致研究,將集裝箱班輪航線系統(tǒng)分為承運(yùn)人運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)和在托運(yùn)人庫(kù)存系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)的介紹了班輪航線系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的影響因素,分析決策變量之間的影響關(guān)系;然后建立了班輪航線系統(tǒng)路徑優(yōu)化模型,并詳細(xì)分析了承運(yùn)人的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本模型和托運(yùn)人的庫(kù)存成本模型;最后選取算例分析,設(shè)計(jì)遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解,驗(yàn)證了模型的適應(yīng)性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The container liner route design is an important strategic decision of the liner company, which is directly related to the choice of the shipping line and the ship type, and has a long-term impact on the operating cost and efficiency of the liner company.With the rapid fluctuation of container shipping market demand in recent years, shipping companies are facing a more severe competition situation under the environment of excess capacity. In the current situation, in addition to price competition,How to optimize the liner route scientifically and reasonably according to the cargo flow demand and port conditions in the operating area and improve the service level is also an important way for the shipping company to maintain its market share.At present, most scholars and industries only consider the operating costs of liner companies when studying the optimization of liner routes system, while ignoring the inventory costs of shippers due to goods waiting to be shipped or in transit by sea.If only from the point of view of the liner company to optimize the route, it is possible to transfer the extra profit earned by the liner company to the shipper as the cost.Therefore, shippers may not choose the liner company to carry out cargo transportation from their own point of view, which makes the optimization scheme of liner route system not optimal.In order to improve the design and optimization of container liner shipping system, combined with the characteristics of container liner shipping, under the premise of satisfying the demand of container freight in the region,By considering the inventory cost related to shippers and the carrier's operating cost in container transportation, this paper studies the optimization model of container route system.This paper first introduces the concept and theory of container transportation in detail, including the characteristics of container transportation and route, the operation process of container liner,The development characteristics of container liner transportation and the necessity of optimal design of container liner shipping line system are discussed.The container liner route system is divided into carrier transportation system and shippers inventory system, and the influence factors of optimal design of liner route system are introduced in detail, and the influence relationship between decision variables is analyzed.Then, the route optimization model of liner route system is established, and the operating cost model of carrier and the inventory cost model of shipper are analyzed in detail. Finally, an example is selected and genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The adaptability and validity of the model are verified.
