層次可拓模型在隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的逐步完善,隧道建設(shè)在質(zhì)和量上都有了飛速發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),隧道施工過程中的安全問題也越來越突出。稍有大意將會(huì)帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和人員傷亡。國內(nèi)外對于隧道工程施工方面的研究大多數(shù)是針對隧道結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性及其力學(xué)特性的分析,與隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估相關(guān)的研究相對匱乏。因此,開展對隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估的相關(guān)研究是具有重要的理論價(jià)值和工程實(shí)際意義的。本文在國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過理論分析和工程現(xiàn)場測試,開展了隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估理論的研究。根據(jù)隧道施工的特點(diǎn),針對隧道施工的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)辨識、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分類、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和管理等方面展開探討。并重點(diǎn)對隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評價(jià)模型進(jìn)行了研究。研究工作的主要內(nèi)容和取得的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新性結(jié)論如下。研究工作的主要內(nèi)容:1.在對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)方法進(jìn)行研究之后,提出本文的研究內(nèi)容、研究方法以及技術(shù)路線等。2.在通過對現(xiàn)有的隧道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)體系分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)結(jié)果的分析和應(yīng)用,提出了隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估方法的結(jié)構(gòu)體系。3.結(jié)合專家地質(zhì)調(diào)查和超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào),建立隧道施工過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源識別系統(tǒng)。通過分析風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則,建立隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。4.運(yùn)用可拓理論,建立了隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)模型,并確定了待評方案的關(guān)聯(lián)度。結(jié)合層次分析法確定了相關(guān)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,通過計(jì)算綜合關(guān)聯(lián)度并最終確定綜合評價(jià)等級。5.對葛家溝隧道洞口段和石人子溝隧道洞身開展了超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)和監(jiān)控量測,在此基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用所提出的評估模型和方法對上述工程進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估實(shí)踐。研究工作取得的創(chuàng)新成果:1.結(jié)合層次分析法和可拓原理等相關(guān)理論,對隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了拓展,對評估的指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。2.為提高隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估的可靠性,提出了評估要素的構(gòu)建原則及構(gòu)建方法。選取了包含自然因素、設(shè)計(jì)因素、工程地質(zhì)因素、技術(shù)與管理因素等4個(gè)要素作為一級指標(biāo)。并選取了大氣降水、偏壓角度、開挖寬度、扁平率、開挖方法、圍巖級別、不良地質(zhì)、地下水、風(fēng)化程度、超欠挖程度、工作面封閉情況、施工技術(shù)水平、管理技術(shù)水平等13個(gè)要素作為二級指標(biāo)。通過對各二級指標(biāo)及其評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行組合,構(gòu)建了更合理的隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。3.將可拓理論與層次分析法相結(jié)合,確定了指標(biāo)的經(jīng)典域和節(jié)域,并建立了隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的待評物元矩陣和關(guān)聯(lián)度計(jì)算方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了隧道施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)的層次可拓模型和分析方法。4.運(yùn)用上述建立的理論方法對葛家溝隧道洞口段進(jìn)行了實(shí)際的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控測量信息反饋,證明基于層次可拓模型的隧道洞口段風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)方法是可靠的,所建立的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)模型為隧道洞口段施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估提供了理論依據(jù)。5.運(yùn)用層次可拓模型對石人子溝隧道工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估,結(jié)果證明層次可拓模型在大斷面隧道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)這種方法是可靠的。
