基于隧道磁阻傳感器的車輛探測器研究

【摘要】:設計了一款基于隧道磁電阻傳感器(TMR)的車輛探測器。通過理論分析與仿真,確定了車輛探測器的關鍵指標。對車輛所產(chǎn)生的磁異常信號進行了測量與分析,并根據(jù)磁異常信號的特征設計了專用檢測電路。在此基礎上,對車輛探測器的線性度、噪聲、帶寬、檢測距離、有效探測率等性能指標進行了標定和測試。測試結果表明,該車輛探測器的最遠探測距離可達4 m,在3.5 m的探測距離內(nèi)有效探測率達100%。該車輛探測器擁有精度高、線性度好、體積小、功耗低等優(yōu)勢,適用于高靈敏度的運動車輛目標檢測和探測。
[Abstract]:A vehicle detector based on tunnel magnetoresistance sensor (TMR) is designed.Through theoretical analysis and simulation, the key indexes of vehicle detector are determined.The magnetic anomaly signal produced by the vehicle is measured and analyzed, and a special detection circuit is designed according to the characteristics of the magnetic anomaly signal.On this basis, the linearity, noise, bandwidth, detection distance and effective detection rate of vehicle detector are calibrated and tested.The test results show that the maximum detection range of the vehicle detector is 4 m, and the effective detection rate is 100 in the 3.5 m detection range.The vehicle detector has the advantages of high precision, good linearity, small volume and low power consumption. It is suitable for moving vehicle target detection and detection with high sensitivity.
