大流動(dòng)度路面混凝土耐久性試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著交通量的不斷增加以及超載現(xiàn)象的日益突顯,要求路面混凝土具有更高的強(qiáng)度和耐久性。大流動(dòng)度路面混凝土拌合物的坍落度在160mm以上,具有50cm~60cm的坍落擴(kuò)展度,施工和易性良好、易填充密實(shí),能夠有效提高施工進(jìn)度、保證工程質(zhì)量、降低環(huán)境污染,凝結(jié)硬化后又有優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能和耐久性。本文主要通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行大流動(dòng)度路面混凝土的耐久性研究。首先從影響混凝土耐久性的原材料出發(fā),按規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行原材料各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)的試驗(yàn),并進(jìn)行集料的級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì);進(jìn)而根據(jù)大流動(dòng)度路面混凝土的設(shè)計(jì)要求,在配合比參數(shù)計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇四因素四水平的正交試驗(yàn)表安排試驗(yàn),獲得不同參數(shù)組合下混凝土的工作性和力學(xué)性能;根據(jù)正交試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果,采用極差分析法分析不同試驗(yàn)因素對(duì)大流動(dòng)度路面混凝土工作性及力學(xué)性能影響的顯著性,從正交試驗(yàn)表中優(yōu)選較優(yōu)的組合,并剔除不符合大流動(dòng)度路面混凝土設(shè)計(jì)要求(坍落度160mm以上、抗折強(qiáng)度5.0MPa以上、抗壓強(qiáng)度為C30)的組合;在較優(yōu)組合的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行不同參數(shù)組合混凝土的性能驗(yàn)證。根據(jù)不同參數(shù)組合混凝土性能驗(yàn)證的結(jié)果,選擇工作性和力學(xué)性能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求的組合來研究大流動(dòng)度路面混凝土的耐久性。為了比較科學(xué)、準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)價(jià)混凝土的耐久性,本文主要研究了水膠比、膠凝材料用量、砂率、粉煤灰摻量等不同因素變化對(duì)大流動(dòng)度路面混凝土的干縮性能、早期開裂性能、抗氯離子滲透性、抗凍性、耐磨性的影響規(guī)律;混凝土的力學(xué)性能與抗氯離子滲透性之間的關(guān)系以及混凝土經(jīng)受凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)的變化對(duì)其抗折、抗壓強(qiáng)度和脆性系數(shù)(壓折比)的影響。路面混凝土的耐久性不足會(huì)影響其路用性能,并縮短使用壽命,可以通過原材料選擇、配合比設(shè)計(jì)、施工與養(yǎng)護(hù)三個(gè)方面來提高大流動(dòng)度路面混凝土的耐久性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing traffic volume and overloading phenomenon, pavement concrete is required to have higher strength and durability.The slump of concrete mixture with large flow degree is above 160mm, with the collapse extension of 50cm~60cm, good construction and easiness, easy filling and dense, which can effectively improve the construction progress, ensure the engineering quality and reduce the environmental pollution.After setting and hardening, it has excellent mechanical properties and durability.In this paper, the durability of pavement concrete with large fluidity is studied through laboratory tests.Starting from the raw materials that affect the durability of concrete, the technical indexes of raw materials are tested according to the specifications, and the gradation design of aggregate is carried out, and then according to the design requirements of pavement concrete with large flow degree,Based on the calculation of mixing ratio parameters, four factors and four levels of orthogonal test table are selected to arrange the test, and the workability and mechanical properties of concrete under different parameter combinations are obtained, according to the results of orthogonal test,The influence of different test factors on the workability and mechanical properties of pavement concrete with large fluidity was analyzed by means of range analysis, and the optimum combination was selected from the orthogonal test table.And eliminate the combination that does not meet the design requirements of pavement concrete with large fluidity (slump above 160mm, flexural strength above 5.0MPa, compressive strength C30), and on the basis of better combination, verify the performance of composite concrete with different parameters.According to the results of performance verification of concrete with different parameters, the durability of pavement concrete with large fluidity is studied by choosing the combination of workability and mechanical properties to meet the design requirements.In order to evaluate the durability of concrete scientifically and accurately, this paper mainly studies the dry shrinkage and early cracking performance of pavement concrete with high flow rate, such as water / binder ratio, cement content, sand ratio, fly ash content, etc.The effect of chloride ion permeability, freezing resistance and wear resistance, the relationship between mechanical properties of concrete and chloride ion resistance and the bending resistance of concrete subjected to freeze-thaw cycles,The influence of compressive strength and brittleness coefficient (crimp ratio).The insufficient durability of pavement concrete will affect its road performance and shorten its service life. The durability of pavement concrete can be improved by three aspects: raw material selection, mix ratio design, construction and maintenance.
