氧化石墨烯對(duì)隧道襯砌混凝土性能的影響

【摘要】:氧化石墨烯作為一種新型功能材料,對(duì)水泥基材料有增強(qiáng)增韌的作用,隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)是沿隧道洞身用混凝土材料修建的永久性支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu),由于特殊的服役環(huán)境,襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性和力學(xué)性能比普通混凝土要求更高,且其耐久性主要體現(xiàn)在抗氯離子性能上。為提高襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)性能,考慮在襯砌材料中添加不同摻量的氧化石墨烯,分別進(jìn)行力學(xué)試驗(yàn)和抗氯離子滲透試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)氧化石墨烯摻量為0.03%時(shí),混凝土28 d抗壓強(qiáng)度為55.93 MPa(相比普通混凝土提高約30.77%),28 d抗折強(qiáng)度為10.90 MPa(相比普通混凝土提高約21.92%)且抗氯離子性能也有明顯的提高。
[Abstract]:As a new functional material, graphene oxide can strengthen and toughen cement based materials. Tunnel lining structure is a permanent support structure constructed by concrete material used along tunnel body. Because of special service environment,The durability and mechanical properties of lining structure are higher than that of ordinary concrete, and the durability of lining structure is mainly reflected in chloride ion resistance.In order to improve the performance of lining structure, mechanical tests and chloride ion permeation tests were carried out by adding different amounts of graphene oxide to lining materials.
