黃土隧道地基濕陷變形評價(jià)方法探討

【摘要】:隧道穿越自重濕陷性黃土地層時(shí),可能遭受浸水作用下地基濕陷變形的附加作用而產(chǎn)生結(jié)構(gòu)破壞。針對隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的濕陷性黃土地基,結(jié)合隧道圍巖及地基的自重濕陷變形特征,首先,提出淺埋隧道圍巖壓力、襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)自重荷載構(gòu)成基底壓力和隧道兩側(cè)基底面分布土層自重共同作用下地基土的附加應(yīng)力計(jì)算方法,以及考慮地基土自重應(yīng)力的濕陷壓縮應(yīng)力計(jì)算方法。其次,在基本物性與構(gòu)度、構(gòu)度與結(jié)構(gòu)壓縮屈服應(yīng)力、孔隙比和初始孔隙比比值與壓縮應(yīng)力和結(jié)構(gòu)壓縮屈服應(yīng)力比值關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,建立自重濕陷系數(shù)和濕陷系數(shù)的計(jì)算方法。依據(jù)大厚度自重濕陷黃土場地不同埋深范圍黃土具有不同自重濕陷系數(shù)門檻值的特征,得到了場地的自重濕陷變形和隧道地基的濕陷變形的計(jì)算方法。最后,通過數(shù)值計(jì)算分析,模擬隧道地基濕陷變形不同沉降差作用下襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力場和塑性域發(fā)展,隨著不均勻濕陷變形的增加,隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)塑性區(qū)范圍不斷增大,并結(jié)合鐵路路基沉降控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建議隧道地基濕陷變形0~5 cm為一級、5~10 cm為二級、大于10 cm為三級。
[Abstract]:When the tunnel passes through the self-gravity collapsible loess stratum, it may be subjected to the additional action of subgrade collapsing deformation under the action of soaking, which may result in structural damage.Aiming at the collapsible loess foundation of tunnel lining structure, combined with the deformation characteristics of tunnel surrounding rock and ground, firstly, the pressure of shallow tunnel surrounding rock is put forward.The calculation method of the additional stress of the foundation soil under the combined action of the load of the lining structure and the distributed soil layer on both sides of the tunnel and the method of calculating the collapsing compression stress of the foundation soil considering the gravity stress of the foundation soil are presented.Secondly, on the basis of the relations between the basic physical properties and the structure, the ratio of the structure and the compressive yield stress, the ratio of the void ratio and the initial void ratio to the compression stress and the compressive yield stress, the calculation method of the self-gravity collapsibility coefficient and the collapsibility coefficient is established.According to the characteristic that loess has different threshold value of deadweight collapsibility coefficient in different buried depth of loess site with large thickness, the calculation method of self-weight collapsing deformation of site and tunnel foundation is obtained.Finally, through numerical calculation and analysis, the stress field and plastic domain development of lining structure under different settlement difference of tunnel foundation collapsing deformation are simulated. With the increase of uneven collapsing deformation, the plastic zone range of tunnel lining structure increases continuously.Combined with the control standard of railway subgrade settlement, it is suggested that the subgrade deformation of tunnel foundation should be 0 ~ 5 cm, 1 ~ 5 ~ 10 cm, 2 ~ 2, > 10 cm, 3 ~ 3, respectively.
