本文選題：交通限行　切入點(diǎn)：聯(lián)合配送　出處：《控制與決策》2017年05期

【摘要】：針對(duì)交通限行條件下城市物流配送中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,提出多階段跨區(qū)域聯(lián)合配送策略.考慮到貨車限行時(shí)段的約束,以客戶時(shí)間窗和地理位置劃分客戶服務(wù)區(qū)域,分時(shí)段、分階段地開(kāi)展配送服務(wù).充分考慮配送距離、車載率、行駛速度等多種因素,設(shè)計(jì)以油耗為可變成本和車輛啟動(dòng)費(fèi)用為固定成本之和最小的優(yōu)化目標(biāo),建立面向交通限行的多階段跨區(qū)域聯(lián)合配送模型.針對(duì)模型的特征,設(shè)計(jì)自適應(yīng)遺傳算法.最后,結(jié)合算例對(duì)模型的可行性以及算法的有效性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證分析.
[Abstract]:According to the traffic restrictions under the condition of city logistics distribution problems, put forward multi stage cross regional joint distribution strategy. Considering the freight time limit line constraint to customer time window and geographic division of customer service area, sub periods, stages to carry out the delivery service. Considering the distribution distance, vehicle driving rate a variety of factors such as speed, fuel consumption is to design the variable cost and fixed cost for vehicle start-up costs and minimum optimization goal, establish multi stage oriented traffic limit line cross regional joint distribution model. According to the features of the model, the design of adaptive genetic algorithm. Finally, effective combined with example, the feasibility of the model and algorithm to validate the analysis results.
