【摘要】:嵌入式軌道結(jié)構(gòu)是有軌電車行車的基礎(chǔ),其功能是在設(shè)計使用年限內(nèi)滿足有軌電車按設(shè)計速度安全、舒適的運行。嵌入式軌道結(jié)構(gòu)主要由鋼軌、聚氨酯材料、彈性墊板、PVC管、嵌入式軌道板、自密實混凝土、底座等組成。嵌入式軌道結(jié)構(gòu)首次在國內(nèi)鋪設(shè),在國內(nèi)尚無工程案例可借鑒,本文參考鐵路客運專線鋪設(shè)的單元式無砟軌道,提出了嵌入式軌道結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計存在的問題。基于嵌入式軌道結(jié)構(gòu)形式及所分析的問題,建立了對應(yīng)的力學(xué)分析模型,采用有限元法對嵌入式軌道結(jié)構(gòu)進行了研究。主要研究內(nèi)容包括:1、收集國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代有軌電車軌道結(jié)構(gòu)主要形式。分析國內(nèi)外各軌道結(jié)構(gòu)的特點,對比分析嵌入式軌道結(jié)構(gòu)與鐵路單元式無砟軌道結(jié)構(gòu)的異同點,提出嵌入式軌道設(shè)計存在不合理的地方。2、針對本文所研究的問題建立力學(xué)模型,對力學(xué)模型中各部件進行簡化。分析力學(xué)模型中荷載的取值。根據(jù)有軌電車定距、軸距,分析有軌電車單輪、群輪荷載在嵌入式軌道板上的傳遞范圍,得出計算模型中僅需考慮一個輪對載荷的作用。3、根據(jù)嵌入式軌道結(jié)構(gòu)在設(shè)計使用年限中可能存在的層間關(guān)系和承受的荷載,研究嵌入式軌道板及自密混凝土厚度參數(shù)對嵌入式軌道結(jié)構(gòu)備部件受力的影響,為嵌入式軌道板及自密實混凝土厚度的合理取值范圍提供理論依據(jù)。4、建立梁-體模型,通過不同的荷載組合計算嵌入式軌道板縱橫向截面最大內(nèi)力值,以計算所得的截面內(nèi)力值為依據(jù)對嵌入式軌道板配筋計算。
[Abstract]:Embedded track structure is the basis of tram driving, and its function is to meet the safety and comfort of tram running at designed speed within the design service life.The embedded track structure mainly consists of rail, polyurethane material, elastic cushion board and PVC pipe, embedded track board, self-compacting concrete, base and so on.The embedded track structure is laid in China for the first time, but there are no engineering cases to be used for reference in our country. This paper refers to the unit ballastless track laid on the railway passenger dedicated line, and puts forward the problems existing in the design of the embedded track structure.Based on the form of embedded track structure and the problems analyzed, the corresponding mechanical analysis model is established, and the embedded track structure is studied by finite element method.The main research contents include: 1, collecting the main forms of modern tram track structure at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the characteristics of each track structure at home and abroad, compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between embedded track structure and railway element ballastless track structure, puts forward the unreasonable place of embedded track design, and establishes a mechanical model for the problems studied in this paper.The components in the mechanical model are simplified.The value of load in mechanical model is analyzed.According to the distance and wheelbase of tram, the transmission range of single wheel and group wheel load on embedded track board is analyzed.It is concluded that only one wheelset load should be considered in the calculation model. According to the interlayer relationship and the load bearing in the design life of embedded track structure,The influence of the thickness parameters of embedded track slab and self-compacting concrete on the force of embedded track structure spare parts is studied, which provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable value range of embedded track slab and self-compacting concrete thickness, and establishes the beam-body model.The maximum internal force of longitudinal and transverse section of embedded track plate is calculated by different load combinations, and the reinforcement value of embedded track plate is calculated based on the calculated internal force value of the section.
