【摘要】:隨著我國改革開放政策的實(shí)施和不斷深化,社會經(jīng)濟(jì)得到快速發(fā)展,為滿足城市人口增長,市民生活的需要,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投入持續(xù)增長,城市的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大。作為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)重要內(nèi)容之一的立交橋項(xiàng)目,其存在建成后緩解交通擁堵,方便人民群眾出行,但施工階段占用道路、楊塵噪音等給群眾帶來不便的矛盾。對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行科學(xué)的施工進(jìn)度管理,以實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)度目標(biāo),具有多重意義,一是進(jìn)度管理會影響到項(xiàng)目的成本及質(zhì)量,是項(xiàng)目管理“三要素”的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。二是進(jìn)度管理是實(shí)現(xiàn)合同工期目標(biāo)的保證,關(guān)乎企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及信譽(yù)品牌等社會利益。三是項(xiàng)目的按時完成,早日還路于民有利于化解社會矛盾。文章回顧并分析了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的理論及研究成果,以及針對目前中小項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理實(shí)際應(yīng)用存在的問題。研究了黃州立交橋項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的全過程,主要包括項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的總體部署、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的制定、進(jìn)度控制及進(jìn)度保證措施。經(jīng)分析、對比、歸納后得出適用同類項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理全過程的有效方法及工具,主要有立交橋項(xiàng)目工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)(WBS)創(chuàng)建原則,活動定義的特點(diǎn)及與WBS的區(qū)別,資源及時間估計(jì)的特點(diǎn)及方法,活動排序邏輯圖的繪制方法及工具,計(jì)劃優(yōu)化的側(cè)重點(diǎn)及方法,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度檢查記錄及對比分析的方法,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度調(diào)整的方法,保證工期的管理措施。黃州立交橋項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理采用科學(xué)合理的進(jìn)度管理技術(shù)及方法,在因征地拆遷等原因?qū)е逻M(jìn)度嚴(yán)重滯后的情況下,及時調(diào)整進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,采取有效的進(jìn)度控制措施,于2014年8月按時完工,取得了很好的管理效果,說明其進(jìn)度管理過程的使用的模型、工具、方法及措施是可行有效的。
[Abstract]:With the implementation and deepening of China's reform and opening policy, the social economy has been developing rapidly. In order to meet the needs of urban population growth and citizen's life, the investment of infrastructure construction has been increasing continuously, and the scale of the city has been expanding.As one of the important contents of infrastructure construction, the overpass project has been built to ease traffic congestion and make it convenient for people to travel. However, the occupation of roads in construction stage and the noise of Yang Dust bring inconvenient contradictions to the masses.It has many meanings to carry out scientific construction schedule management in order to achieve the progress goal. First, schedule management will affect the cost and quality of the project, and is the key link of the "three elements" of project management.Second, schedule management is the guarantee to realize the target of contract time limit, which is related to the social benefits such as the economic benefit and reputation brand of the enterprise.Third, the timely completion of the project, early return to the people conducive to resolving social contradictions.This paper reviews and analyzes the theory and research results of project schedule control at home and abroad, as well as the problems existing in the practical application of construction schedule management of small and medium-sized projects at present.The whole process of the project schedule management of Huangzhou overpass is studied, which mainly includes the overall arrangement of the project schedule management, the formulation of the schedule plan, the progress control and the schedule guarantee measures.Through analysis and comparison, the effective methods and tools for applying the whole process of schedule management of similar projects are obtained, which mainly include the creation principle of the work decomposition structure of the overpass project, the characteristics of the definition of activities and the differences with WBS.The characteristics and methods of resource and time estimation, the drawing methods and tools of activity sequencing logic diagram, the emphases and methods of planning optimization, the methods of checking, recording and comparing the progress of projects, the methods of project schedule adjustment,Ensure the duration of the management measures.The construction schedule management of the Huangzhou interchange project adopts scientific and reasonable schedule management techniques and methods. When the progress is seriously delayed due to land requisition and demolition, the schedule plan is adjusted in time and effective progress control measures are taken.It was completed on time in August, 2014, and achieved good management effect, which shows that the model, tools, methods and measures used in the process of schedule management are feasible and effective.
