【摘要】：2014年重慶市實現(xiàn)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值14265.40億元,同比增長10.9%,較全國高3.5個百分點。經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長的同時,人們對公路出行也提出了新的期望和要求。以出行需求為中心的服務(wù)理念迅速興起,開展出行信息服務(wù)的呼聲越來越高,出行信息服務(wù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,出行信息服務(wù)已經(jīng)日益成為一種現(xiàn)實的需求。普通公路交通信息是反映和評價整個公路網(wǎng)出行服務(wù)質(zhì)量的重要信息。截止2014年,重慶市普通國省道上面布設(shè)有間歇式交通信息調(diào)查點1000個,比重式交通信息調(diào)查點282個,連續(xù)式交通信息調(diào)查點116個。然而,如何從海量的交通信息調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)中挖掘有用數(shù)據(jù),為普通公路出行者提供出行信息服務(wù)成為本文研究的重點。本文充分分析了重慶市普通公路交通信息調(diào)查點的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題;首次將密度比和行程車速指標(biāo)運(yùn)用到重慶市普通公路交通運(yùn)行狀態(tài)評價模型中,提出了不同交通運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下的密度比和行程車速分級判定閾值,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別提出了基于交通量和車頭間距的2種不同的交通運(yùn)行狀態(tài)判定流程,檢測精度分別達(dá)到了75%和90%;首次構(gòu)建了宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、中觀旅游交通和貨運(yùn)交通指標(biāo)、微觀交通運(yùn)行指標(biāo)3個層次的普通公路交通出行服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系;最后,提出了普通公路交通信息采集設(shè)備選取要求、布設(shè)原則和發(fā)布設(shè)備技術(shù)要求,并在高速公路出入口和旅游景區(qū)做了交通出行服務(wù)誘導(dǎo)工程示范應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In 2014, Chongqing achieved a regional GDP of 1.42654 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.9 percent over the same period last year, 3.5 percentage points higher than that of the whole country.With the rapid economic growth, people also put forward new expectations and requirements for road travel.With the rapid rise of the service concept centered on travel demand, the voice of developing travel information service is becoming higher and higher, and the travel information service emerges as the times require, and the travel information service has become a kind of realistic demand day by day.General highway traffic information is an important information to reflect and evaluate the travel service quality of the whole highway network.As of 2014, there are 1000 intermittent traffic information survey points, 282 specific gravity traffic information survey points and 116 continuous traffic information survey points on the common provincial roads in Chongqing.However, how to mine the useful data from the massive traffic information survey data and provide the travel information service for the ordinary highway travelers becomes the focus of this paper.This paper fully analyzes the present situation and existing problems of general highway traffic information investigation points in Chongqing, and applies the density ratio and travel speed index to the evaluation model of Chongqing common highway traffic operation state for the first time.The decision threshold of density ratio and travel speed grade in different traffic operation state is put forward. On the basis of this, two different traffic operation state judging processes based on traffic volume and headway spacing are put forward respectively.The detection accuracy reached 75% and 90% respectively. For the first time, the evaluation index system of service quality of ordinary highway transportation was constructed, which included macroeconomic index, meso tourism traffic index and freight traffic index, micro traffic operation index, etc.The selection requirements of common highway traffic information collection equipment, the layout principle and the technical requirements of issuing equipment are put forward, and the demonstration application of traffic travel service guidance engineering in expressway entrance and exit and tourist scenic spot is made.
