【摘要】:為了準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)泥水盾構(gòu)存在反向水壓條件下開(kāi)挖面形成泥膜的致密程度,利用自制的可施加反壓的泥漿滲透裝置,開(kāi)展6組不同壓力條件下的泥漿滲透試驗(yàn),通過(guò)測(cè)試試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的濾水量和地層孔壓的變化,以及形成泥膜的厚度和含水量,計(jì)算泥膜滲透系數(shù)、干密度及有效泥漿壓力轉(zhuǎn)化率等指標(biāo),分析有、無(wú)反壓條件下泥膜的致密程度差異及其形成機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明,反壓的存在降低了有效泥漿壓力轉(zhuǎn)化率,使得形成的泥膜孔隙比和滲透系數(shù)更大,干密度更小,即泥膜結(jié)構(gòu)更為疏松;采用濾水量與泥膜體積的比值較單獨(dú)采用濾水量可以更準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)價(jià)泥膜的致密程度,其比值越大表示單位體積的泥膜內(nèi)含有的土顆粒越多,泥膜結(jié)構(gòu)越致密。研究結(jié)果對(duì)實(shí)際工程中泥膜質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)及開(kāi)挖面穩(wěn)定性分析有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately evaluate the densification degree of mud film formed by dredging surface under the condition of reverse hydraulic pressure in mud shield, six groups of mud permeation tests under different pressure conditions were carried out by using a self-made mud permeation device which can be applied to reverse pressure.By testing the variation of filtration water and pore pressure in formation, the thickness and water content of mud film, the permeability coefficient, dry density and conversion rate of effective mud pressure are calculated.The densification degree of mud film and its formation mechanism are different under the condition of no back pressure.The results show that the existence of backpressure reduces the conversion rate of effective mud pressure and makes the pore ratio and permeability coefficient of mud membrane larger and the dry density smaller that is to say the structure of mud membrane is more loose.The ratio of filtration water to sludge membrane volume can evaluate the density of mud membrane more accurately than that of single filter water volume. The larger the ratio is, the more soil particles are contained in the membrane per unit volume, and the denser the membrane structure is.The results are of great significance to the evaluation of mud film quality and stability analysis of excavated surface in practical engineering.
