【摘要】：采用堿處理和脂肪胺處理的改性天然沸石作為溫拌劑,通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)了改性天然溫拌瀝青混合料的體積性能和路用性能,并進(jìn)行了工程應(yīng)用。室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:改性天然沸石溫拌劑的摻量為混合料的0.3%時(shí),天然沸石溫拌瀝青混合料在拌和與壓實(shí)溫度分別為130℃和120℃的成型條件下,其體積性能和路用性能與熱拌瀝青混合料相近。工程應(yīng)用證明:采用天然沸石溫拌瀝青混合料鋪筑的路面性能優(yōu)良,符合規(guī)范要求,并可降低瀝青混合料成本,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:The modified natural zeolite treated with alkali and aliphatic amine was used as warm mix agent. The volume and road performance of modified natural warm mix asphalt mixture were evaluated through laboratory tests, and the engineering application was carried out.The results of laboratory test show that when the content of modified natural zeolite warm mixing agent is 0.3% of the mixture, the natural zeolite warm mix asphalt mixture can be formed at 130 鈩，
