【摘要】:散貨碼頭作為港口碼頭系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,其主要功能是為煤炭、礦石、散糧等散貨貨物進出港提供裝卸、運輸、堆存等服務(wù)。隨著全球經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易的發(fā)展和運輸業(yè)的發(fā)展,如何提高港口物流服務(wù)水平、建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化專業(yè)化散貨碼頭、降低物流成本成為港口企業(yè)追求發(fā)展、提高效益所需要解決的問題。21世紀以來,為適用經(jīng)濟全球化、散貨船舶大型化,港口企業(yè)需要擴展其服務(wù)功能,增強其競爭力。目前,我國眾多大型港口企業(yè)正在大力發(fā)展港口物流信息化,向現(xiàn)代化港口轉(zhuǎn)型。由于散貨種類眾多,客戶需求不同,散貨碼頭規(guī)范化程度不高,因此,對于如何實現(xiàn)散貨碼頭管理智能化和提高其物流能力成為對散貨碼頭研究的重點。堆場通過能力對于碼頭物流能力的提升有著一定的限制,堆場的高效運行極大的保證了碼頭系統(tǒng)整體效率的提高,因此,研究如何提高堆場通過能力存在實踐意義。在堆場管理過程中,對于不同貨類、貨種,使用合理多變的堆存策略,能夠提高堆場空間利用率,變相的增加堆場容量,同時還能滿足不同客戶的業(yè)務(wù)需求。本文通過參閱大量國內(nèi)外關(guān)于散貨碼頭物流系統(tǒng)研究文獻資料和實地考察調(diào)研,對散貨碼頭有了全面認識的基礎(chǔ)上,從散貨碼頭實際需求出發(fā),對散貨碼頭系統(tǒng)進行詳細分析與描述。提出研究散貨碼頭堆場物流能力的方法,對典型的進口型散貨碼頭堆場系統(tǒng)整體布局、物流服務(wù)能力、機械利用率等方面進行優(yōu)化研究。采用動態(tài)建模、計算機仿真等技術(shù),建立系統(tǒng)的理論模型和仿真模型,并進行仿真試驗。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the port terminal system, bulk cargo terminal has the main function of providing loading and unloading, transportation and storage services for bulk goods such as coal, ore, bulk grain, etc. With the development of global economy and trade and the development of transportation industry, How to improve the service level of port logistics, build modern specialized bulk cargo wharf, reduce logistics cost has become the problem that port enterprises need to solve in order to apply economic globalization since the 21st century. As bulk cargo ships become larger, port enterprises need to expand their service functions and enhance their competitiveness. At present, many large port enterprises in China are vigorously developing port logistics information and transforming to modern ports. Because of the different customer demand, the standardization degree of bulk terminal is not high, therefore, How to realize the intelligence of bulk wharf management and improve its logistics capability has become the focus of research on bulk wharf. The efficient operation of the yard greatly ensures the improvement of the overall efficiency of the terminal system. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study how to improve the capacity of the yard. With reasonable and changeable storage strategy, the utilization ratio of yard space can be improved, and the storage capacity can be increased in disguised form. At the same time, it can also meet the business needs of different customers. By referring to a large number of domestic and foreign documents on bulk terminal logistics system and field investigation and investigation, this paper has a comprehensive understanding of bulk terminal. Based on the actual demand of bulk wharf, the system of bulk terminal is analyzed and described in detail. The method of studying the logistics capacity of bulk wharf is put forward. The theoretical model and simulation model of the system are established by using dynamic modeling and computer simulation techniques, and the simulation experiments are carried out.
