再生瀝青改性的機(jī)理與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國公路事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,路面養(yǎng)護(hù)問題日益顯現(xiàn),其中被廣泛應(yīng)用的再生技術(shù)是一個擁有廣闊市場前景、集經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益都有優(yōu)勢的養(yǎng)護(hù)手段。相比國外成熟的再生研究與應(yīng)用體系,我國在再生領(lǐng)域仍有欠缺和不足。國內(nèi)很多的工程在選用再生手段新建或改建道路過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),再生后的瀝青混合料使用效果不盡人意。所以從材料角度考慮,本文作者為改變以上的情況,在瀝青混合料再生后添加改性劑,使得再生后的瀝青得到改性劑改性,因此,本文將重點(diǎn)研究此種方案的可行性。本文在以往眾多學(xué)者的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,將再生后的道路瀝青添加改性劑,使得瀝青由老化狀態(tài)變?yōu)楦男栽偕鸂顟B(tài)。由于在再生方向,多數(shù)學(xué)者研究的是再生工藝、再生設(shè)備、再生劑添加比例以及再生后混合料性能幾個大的方面,雖說瀝青再生是老化的一個逆向過程,但是將老化瀝青再生,無法完全恢復(fù)之前本身瀝青所有的內(nèi)部分子結(jié)構(gòu),多數(shù)僅僅滿足路用性能,且再生效率無法達(dá)到100%。聯(lián)想到SBS瀝青性能優(yōu)于基質(zhì)瀝青,所以再生后得到SBS改性,一方面能更好的節(jié)省資源,另一方面,能延長再生后路面的使用壽命。具體的本文研究內(nèi)容如下:1、分析瀝青的再生機(jī)理和改性機(jī)理,通過瀝青試驗(yàn)將老化瀝青再生后改性計(jì)劃進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)實(shí)施,對再生后改性的瀝青性能與老化的性能對比,對再生劑和改性劑的用量進(jìn)行理論和試驗(yàn)確定,同時對瀝青的三大指標(biāo)、四組分、瀝青粘附性以及低溫彎曲性能等進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析;2、在微觀機(jī)理層面,通過紅外光譜法觀察再生劑和SBS改性劑在分別針對瀝青再生和改性的過程中互相是否有干擾,二者能否協(xié)同作用,使得老化瀝青轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦男栽偕鸀r青,具體通過光譜圖顯示的瀝青成分中基團(tuán)的變化來分析;3、在瀝青混合料試驗(yàn)方面,根據(jù)瀝青試驗(yàn)得到的結(jié)果,做瀝青混合料試驗(yàn)以驗(yàn)證瀝青混合料再生后改性方案的可行性。觀測再生后改性的混合料能否滿足路用性能要求,在不同的性能上有何優(yōu)、劣勢等。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of highway industry in China, pavement maintenance problems are becoming increasingly apparent. Among them, the widely used regenerative technology is a maintenance method with broad market prospects and advantages in both economic and social benefits.Compared with the mature regeneration research and application system abroad, our country still has the deficiency and the insufficiency in the regeneration field.In many projects in China, it is found that the recycled asphalt mixture is unsatisfactory in the process of using regenerative means to build or rebuild roads.From the point of view of material, the author of this paper, in order to change the above situation, add modifier after the asphalt mixture regeneration, so that the recycled asphalt can be modified by the modifier. Therefore, this paper will focus on the feasibility of this scheme.Based on the previous researches of many scholars, the modified asphalt was added to the regenerated road asphalt, so that the asphalt changed from aging state to modified regenerated state.Since in the direction of regeneration, most scholars are studying several major aspects, such as recycling process, recycling equipment, proportion of regenerating agent and performance of recycled mixture. Although asphalt recycling is a reverse process of aging, it will regenerate aged asphalt.The internal molecular structure of the asphalt itself can not be completely restored, most of them only meet the road performance, and the regeneration efficiency can not reach 100%.It is considered that the performance of SBS asphalt is better than that of base asphalt, so SBS modification after regeneration can save more resources and prolong the service life of recycled pavement on the other hand.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The regeneration mechanism and modification mechanism of asphalt are analyzed. Through asphalt test, the modification plan of aging asphalt is tested and implemented, and the performance of asphalt modified after regeneration is compared with that of aging.The amount of regenerating agent and modifier is determined theoretically and experimentally. At the same time, the three indexes, four components, adhesion of asphalt and low temperature bending property of asphalt are analyzed in detail.The infrared spectroscopy was used to observe whether the regenerating agent and SBS modifier interfered with each other in the process of asphalt regeneration and modification, and whether the two could act synergistically to transform the aging asphalt into modified recycled asphalt.In the aspect of asphalt mixture test, according to the results of asphalt test, the asphalt mixture test was done to verify the feasibility of the modified scheme after regeneration of asphalt mixture.It is observed whether the modified mixture can meet the road performance requirements and what are the advantages and disadvantages in different properties.
