中小城市道路路網(wǎng)級(jí)配研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)城市交通問題愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重,隨著城市規(guī)模與人口規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,交通問題也逐漸蔓延至中小城市。完善、高效的城市交通建設(shè)是城鎮(zhèn)化過程中必不可少的條件,而作為城市交通系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵組成部分的城市路網(wǎng),擔(dān)負(fù)著城市各功能分區(qū)間交通流的匯集與疏散的重要作用,所以建立合理的路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)是城市高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本。目前國(guó)內(nèi)針對(duì)占到中小城市數(shù)量中很大一部分比例的河谷型城市路網(wǎng)級(jí)配問題研究甚少,而許多城市規(guī)劃學(xué)者在面臨實(shí)地河谷型中小城市路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃中城市道路干支比超出《城市道路交通設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》指標(biāo)時(shí)無所是從,《規(guī)范》指標(biāo)是否具有普遍適用性這一問題擺在了我們眼前。本文將道路的級(jí)配作為主線,分為三部分對(duì)這一問題展開研究。首先分析中小城市交通現(xiàn)狀以及普遍存在的交通問題;對(duì)居民出行特征以及出行距離分布概率特征進(jìn)行了闡述;通過對(duì)中小城市路網(wǎng)適應(yīng)性的研究,提出了不同路網(wǎng)布局形式規(guī)劃依據(jù),基于此基礎(chǔ)建立觀點(diǎn):對(duì)于中小城市交通路網(wǎng)問題研究,關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)就是確立科學(xué)合理的道路等級(jí)級(jí)配。第二部分建立并詳細(xì)分析了中小城市道路網(wǎng)容量與交通需求模型,提出了改進(jìn)型支持向量機(jī)(PSO-SVM)對(duì)于出行方式結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)測(cè)可行性,而后對(duì)現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分布曲線擬合;介紹并討論了一般城市路網(wǎng)級(jí)配模型,提出此模型針對(duì)河谷型城市級(jí)配問題不足之處,而后分析河谷型城市城市空間特性及交通特性,以此為入手點(diǎn)建立基于出行分布距離的城市縱軸主干道交通分擔(dān)模型以及基于道路不同出行順序的交通組團(tuán)內(nèi)部路網(wǎng)交通分擔(dān)級(jí)配模型,而后求出河谷型城市路網(wǎng)級(jí)配比例。最后以甘肅省定西市安定區(qū)為實(shí)例,利用上述兩種模型,結(jié)合Matlab軟件求解,得出定西市2020規(guī)劃年城市道路路網(wǎng)級(jí)配兩套方案,然后運(yùn)用層次分析法,首先對(duì)級(jí)配中各評(píng)價(jià)因子進(jìn)行了量化繼而對(duì)兩種方案進(jìn)行合理性評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果分析比較驗(yàn)證本文模型可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the urban traffic problem has become more and more serious in our country. With the expansion of urban scale and population scale, the traffic problem has gradually spread to small and medium-sized cities. Perfect and efficient urban traffic construction is an indispensable condition in the process of urbanization. As a key component of urban traffic system, urban road network plays an important role in gathering and evacuation of traffic flow in different urban functions. Therefore, the establishment of a reasonable road network structure is the basis of efficient operation and sustainable development of the city. At present, there is little research on the problem of road network grading in river valley cities, which accounts for a large proportion of the number of small and medium-sized cities in China. However, many urban planners do not have anything to do when they are faced with urban road trunk / branch ratio exceeding the "Urban Road Traffic Design Code" in the field valley type urban road network planning, and whether or not the criterion has universal applicability. We have a problem in front of us. This paper takes the gradation of roads as the main line. It is divided into three parts to study this problem. Firstly, it analyzes the current traffic situation and the common traffic problems in small and medium-sized cities, and expounds the characteristics of residents' travel and the probability characteristics of travel distance distribution. Through the research on the adaptability of medium and small cities road network, the planning basis of different road network layout forms is put forward. Based on this basis, the following viewpoints are established: research on traffic network problems in medium and small cities, The key point is to establish a scientific and reasonable road grading. In the second part, the capacity and traffic demand model of road network in small and medium-sized cities is established and analyzed in detail, and the feasibility of prediction of trip mode structure by improved support vector machine (PSO-SVM) is put forward. Then the distribution curve fitting of the existing data is carried out, the general urban road network gradation model is introduced and discussed, and the shortage of this model is put forward to solve the problem of river valley city gradation, and then the spatial characteristics and traffic characteristics of river valley city are analyzed. Based on this point, the traffic sharing model of urban longitudinal axis main road based on travel distribution distance and the traffic sharing gradation model of road network within traffic groups based on different trip order are established. Finally, taking Anding District of Dingxi City, Gansu Province as an example, using the above two models and Matlab software to solve the problem, two sets of schemes for urban road network grading in 2020 planning year of Dingxi City are obtained. Then, by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the evaluation factors in the gradation are quantified and then the rationality of the two schemes is evaluated, and the feasibility of the model is verified by the analysis and comparison of the evaluation results.
