中外瀝青路面設(shè)計方法對比研究

【摘要】:隨著我國公路對外援建項目(如援非項目)的日益增多,我國公路企業(yè)參與國際競爭和交流的機會也大幅增加。中外公路瀝青路面在設(shè)計與施工等方面的分歧將直接導致建成后的瀝青路面使用性能的差異。這就要求我國公路企業(yè)對世界范圍內(nèi)有代表性的公路瀝青路面設(shè)計規(guī)范有一個全面、準確、清晰的把握,并通過各國設(shè)計規(guī)范的對比,找出我國現(xiàn)行規(guī)范存在的不足,吸取國外設(shè)計規(guī)范的先進技術(shù)成果,以提升我國公路企業(yè)的技術(shù)水平,更好地開拓國際市場。(1)瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計理念的對比分析。通過對中外規(guī)范中路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計理念的對比,比較了中外路面結(jié)構(gòu)體系劃分與功能以及中外路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合與選擇方法。研究表明我國規(guī)范應(yīng)根據(jù)不同地區(qū)的交通特點和資源配置狀況,提出更多有針對性的路面組合結(jié)構(gòu),而不應(yīng)僅局限于半剛性基層結(jié)構(gòu)。特別是經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū),完全有能力考慮永久性路面結(jié)構(gòu)的建設(shè)。(2)瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法與指標的對比分析。通過對中外規(guī)范中路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法與指標的對比發(fā)現(xiàn),由于各國通常采用的路面結(jié)構(gòu)存在差異,導致其設(shè)計指標也存在一定差異。美國在路面設(shè)計中考慮了路面結(jié)構(gòu)在荷載和環(huán)境作用下的累積破壞過程,與實際路面行為更為吻合;法國瀝青路面主要設(shè)計指標為瀝青層底的拉應(yīng)變以及土基頂面的壓應(yīng)變。我國規(guī)范中采用路表彎沉與層底拉應(yīng)力指標。(3)研究了不同季節(jié)對交通量軸載換算、土基回彈模量的影響以及材料動態(tài)參數(shù)對路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的影響,并采用軸載換算的季節(jié)修正系數(shù)、等效土基回彈模量分別代替最不利季節(jié)土基回彈模量,用材料動態(tài)模量代替靜態(tài)模量,進行了路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計以及綜合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。(4)運用各國設(shè)計軟件進行路面設(shè)計,并運用BISAR3.0軟件對中法路面設(shè)計結(jié)果進行力學分析,計算路面結(jié)構(gòu)的路表彎沉與路基頂面壓應(yīng)變、拉應(yīng)力與壓應(yīng)變,同時,對我國瀝青層疲勞損壞設(shè)計指標進行合理性分析。研究表明,拉應(yīng)力指標已不適合我國瀝青路面設(shè)計,應(yīng)選用拉應(yīng)變指標進行瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。本文圍繞中外瀝青路面設(shè)計規(guī)范的異同點進行研究,希望能有助于以后的相關(guān)研究,并對我國的瀝青路面設(shè)計能有一定的指導作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of highway construction projects (such as aid projects in Africa), The opportunities for Chinese highway enterprises to participate in international competition and exchange have also been greatly increased. Differences in design and construction of asphalt pavement between China and foreign countries will directly lead to differences in the performance of asphalt pavement after completion. State highway enterprises have a comprehensive view of the worldwide specifications for the design of asphalt pavement. Accurately, clearly grasp, and through the comparison of the design codes in various countries, find out the shortcomings of the existing codes of our country, absorb the advanced technical achievements of the foreign design codes, in order to improve the technical level of our country's highway enterprises, Comparing and analyzing the design idea of asphalt pavement structure through the comparison of pavement structure design idea in Chinese and foreign codes, This paper compares the partition and function of pavement structure system between China and foreign countries, as well as the combination and selection methods of pavement structure between China and foreign countries. The research shows that the code of our country should put forward more targeted pavement composite structures according to the traffic characteristics and resource allocation in different areas. It should not be confined to semi-rigid base structures, especially in economically developed areas. Fully capable of considering the construction of permanent pavement structure. 2) comparison and analysis of design methods and indexes of asphalt pavement structure. Because of the difference of pavement structure in different countries, the design index of pavement structure is different. The cumulative damage process of pavement structure under load and environment is considered in the United States, which is more consistent with the actual pavement behavior. The main design indexes of French asphalt pavement are the tensile strain of the asphalt layer bottom and the compressive strain of the top surface of the soil foundation. In the code of our country, the road surface deflection index and the layer bottom tensile stress index .Xi 3) are used to study the conversion of traffic volume axial load in different seasons. The influence of the elastic modulus of soil foundation and the influence of material dynamic parameters on pavement structure design. The seasonal correction coefficient converted by axial load is used to replace the most unfavorable seasonal elastic modulus of soil foundation respectively. Using dynamic modulus of material instead of static modulus, the pavement structure design and synthetic structure design are carried out. The pavement design is carried out by using the design software of various countries, and the mechanical analysis of the pavement design results of China and France is carried out by using BISAR3.0 software. The pavement surface deflection and the compressive strain, tensile stress and compressive strain on the top of the roadbed are calculated. At the same time, the rationality of the fatigue damage design index of the asphalt layer in China is analyzed. The research shows that the tensile stress index is not suitable for the design of the asphalt pavement in China. Drawing strain index should be selected for asphalt pavement structure design. This paper focuses on the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign asphalt pavement design specifications, hoping to be helpful to the related research in the future, and can have a certain guiding role to the asphalt pavement design in our country.
