【摘要】：交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)是社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中不可或缺的“橋梁”,改革開放以來,交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的作用越發(fā)變得重要。在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)自身也得到了迅速發(fā)展。公路網(wǎng)作為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施中的重要組成部分,對(duì)人類的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有重要的作用。我國青海省幅員廣闊、資源豐富、自然環(huán)境較差、人口居住分散,公路運(yùn)輸在西北交通運(yùn)輸體系中具有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢,承擔(dān)青海省的主要運(yùn)輸任務(wù)。但西北公路交通的落后狀況與青海省重要的戰(zhàn)略地位并不適應(yīng),不利于青海省資源開發(fā)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、民族團(tuán)結(jié)和邊疆穩(wěn)定。研究青海省公路網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀,能夠更加客觀地指導(dǎo)青海省的公路網(wǎng)建設(shè),對(duì)于提高青海省城市化水平,縮小地區(qū)差異和經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。然而公路在使用過程中,受到多種因素的影響會(huì)出現(xiàn)不同程度的損害,影響了公路網(wǎng)運(yùn)輸效率。因此,在西北公路網(wǎng)的不斷建設(shè)過程中,應(yīng)同時(shí)進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)工作,確保公路網(wǎng)的效率最大化。本文結(jié)合青海省交通運(yùn)輸需求的特征,首先對(duì)青海省公路網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,為青海省公路網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)�；诠肪W(wǎng)建設(shè)機(jī)理,本文通過BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)青海省的公路網(wǎng)建設(shè)規(guī)模進(jìn)行了預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:Transportation is an indispensable "bridge" in the process of social development. Since the reform and opening up, the role of transportation has become more and more important. As an important part of infrastructure, highway network plays an important role in human production and social economic development. The natural environment is poor, the population is scattered, the road transportation has the unique superiority in the northwest transportation system, undertakes the main transportation task of Qinghai Province, but the backward condition of the northwest highway traffic does not adapt to the important strategic position of Qinghai Province. It is not conducive to the exploitation of Qinghai Province's resources, economic development, national unity and stability in the border areas. To study the present situation of the Qinghai highway network can guide the construction of the Qinghai highway network more objectively, so as to improve the urbanization level of Qinghai Province. Reducing regional differences and sustainable economic development is of great practical significance. However, in the process of highway use, the road will be affected by a variety of factors, which will lead to varying degrees of damage, which affects the efficiency of road network transportation. In the process of the continuous construction of the northwest highway network, the maintenance work should be carried out at the same time to ensure the maximum efficiency of the highway network. According to the characteristics of the traffic and transportation demand in Qinghai Province, this paper firstly makes a systematic analysis of the present situation of the highway network in Qinghai Province. Based on the mechanism of highway network construction, this paper forecasts the scale of highway network construction in Qinghai province by BP neural network.
