橡膠瀝青老化機理及其再生性能研究

【摘要】:目前國內(nèi)外針對橡膠瀝青以及改性橡膠瀝青已經(jīng)開展了許多研究。廣西地處亞熱帶季風(fēng)氣候區(qū),是全國最高積溫省區(qū)之一,廣西也是全國降水量最豐富的地區(qū)之一。本文主要研究的是在這種亞熱帶高溫、多雨濕熱環(huán)境下,橡膠瀝青的老化規(guī)律、老化機理以及其再生性能。以70#和90#橡膠瀝青作為研究對象,采用控制變量法分別改變老化時間和老化溫度,測試老化前后橡膠瀝青的針入度、軟化點、延度和粘度,測試SHRP指標(biāo)。分析結(jié)果表明,對各個性能指標(biāo)進行線性回歸分析后,粘度的相關(guān)系數(shù)最大,而且變化的規(guī)律較為穩(wěn)定,故選擇粘度作為建立老化動力學(xué)方程的參數(shù)。通過試驗數(shù)據(jù)與公式推導(dǎo),得到橡膠瀝青的老化動力學(xué)方程。在室內(nèi)模擬廣西高溫濕熱多雨的氣候環(huán)境下,橡膠瀝青的老化情況。在組合環(huán)境條件下老化,通過比較分析,得出了以下結(jié)論:由于高溫濕熱和雨水的影響,相同老化時間下,橡膠瀝青的老化程度更嚴重,由于濕熱和壓力作用,雨水會進一步滲入橡膠瀝青路面內(nèi)部,使橡膠瀝青的老化不斷的加劇。通過紅外光譜儀對橡膠瀝青進行老化機理分析,結(jié)果表明在廣西高溫濕熱多雨氣候環(huán)境下,隨著老化的進行,羰基含量進一步增加,老化加劇。而有水加入反應(yīng)時,亞砜基指數(shù)稍微有所降低,這是由于橡膠瀝青分子中的硫酸基與水發(fā)生作用生成了氫鍵,而具有親水性,降低了被氧化硫化物的濃度,從而影響了亞砜基指數(shù)。分別采用基質(zhì)瀝青和再生劑對老化后的橡膠瀝青進行再生,試驗結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)摻入基質(zhì)瀝青的比例為80%的時或者再生劑摻量為9%時,再生橡膠瀝青就能夠恢復(fù)其大部分性能。再生橡膠瀝青再次老化后,通過再生劑再生的橡膠瀝青,由于其老化破壞的交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)沒有得到恢復(fù),再次老化后的各項性能指標(biāo)相比摻入基質(zhì)瀝青的再生橡膠瀝青要稍差,但兩種再生橡膠瀝青都能達到使用要求
[Abstract]:At present, many researches have been carried out at home and abroad on rubber asphalt and modified rubber asphalt. Guangxi is located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone and is one of the highest accumulated temperature provinces in China. Guangxi is also one of the most abundant precipitation areas in China. This paper mainly studies the aging law of rubber asphalt in this subtropical high temperature, wet and humid environment. Taking 70# and 90# rubber asphalt as the research object, using the control variable method to change the aging time and aging temperature respectively, the penetration, softening point, ductility and viscosity of rubber asphalt before and after aging were tested. The SHRP index is tested. The results show that the correlation coefficient of viscosity is the largest and the law of variation is more stable after linear regression analysis of each performance index. Therefore, the viscosity is chosen as the parameter to establish the aging kinetic equation. Through the experimental data and formula derivation, the aging dynamic equation of rubber asphalt is obtained. In the indoor simulation of the high temperature, humid and rainy climate of Guangxi, the aging dynamic equation is obtained. Aging of rubber asphalt. Through comparison and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: due to the influence of high temperature, humidity and Rain Water, the aging degree of rubber asphalt is more serious under the same aging time. Due to the effect of damp, heat and pressure, Rain Water will further penetrate into the interior of rubber asphalt pavement, which will make the aging of rubber asphalt become more and more serious. The aging mechanism of rubber asphalt is analyzed by infrared spectrometer. The results showed that the carbonyl content increased and the aging increased with aging in high temperature, humid and rainy climate of Guangxi, and the sulfoxide index decreased slightly with the addition of water. This is because the sulphate group in the rubber pitch molecules acts with water to form a hydrogen bond, which is hydrophilic and reduces the concentration of the sulfide oxide. Therefore, the sulfoxide group index is affected. The rubber asphalt after aging is regenerated by using matrix asphalt and regenerative agent respectively. The results show that when the proportion of matrix asphalt is 80% or the amount of regeneration agent is 9%, The recycled rubber asphalt is able to recover most of its properties. After the recycled rubber asphalt is aged again, the rubber asphalt regenerated by the regenerating agent has not been restored because of its aging damaged cross-linking structure. The performance indexes after re-aging are slightly worse than those of recycled rubber asphalt mixed with matrix asphalt, but both kinds of recycled rubber asphalt can meet the requirements of application.
