基于浮框式測力模型的橋梁渦激力特性研究

【摘要】:基于開發(fā)的內(nèi)置浮框式三節(jié)段測力模型裝置,通過彈性懸掛測振風洞試驗測試了某大跨度斜拉橋初步設計主梁斷面的渦振響應及對應的渦激力.分析了發(fā)生豎向渦激共振的0°與+3°兩種風攻角下的數(shù)據(jù),驗證了內(nèi)置浮框式三節(jié)段測力模型在橋梁斷面氣動力測試中的可靠性,對比研究了不同風攻角下渦激力與渦激振動響應的測試結果,探討了鎖定區(qū)間范圍內(nèi)渦振頻率、力與位移之間相位差及渦激力做功的變化情況.結果表明,內(nèi)置浮框式三節(jié)段測力模型可以在風致振動過程中同步測試氣動力;所測試得到的渦激力頻率在風速鎖定區(qū)間內(nèi)與位移響應頻率完全一致,同時,模型的豎彎渦激力與渦激振動位移響應之間存在的相位差隨風速增大而增大,而渦激力做功有一個先增大后減小的變化過程.
[Abstract]:Based on the development of the built-in floating-frame three-segment force measurement model device, The vortex-vibration response and corresponding vortex-induced forces of a long-span cable-stayed bridge are measured by wind tunnel test of elastic suspension vibration measurement. The data of 0 擄and 3 擄wind attack angles of vertical vortex-induced resonance are analyzed. The reliability of the built-in floating frame three-segment force measurement model in the aerodynamic test of the bridge section is verified. The results of vortex-induced force and vortex-induced vibration response under different wind attack angles are compared and the frequency of vortex-induced vibration in the locked region is discussed. The variation of phase difference and vortex-induced force work between force and displacement. The results show that the three-segment force measurement model with built-in floating frame can measure aerodynamic force synchronously during wind-induced vibration. The measured frequency of vortex-induced force is consistent with the frequency of displacement response in the range of wind speed locking. At the same time, the phase difference between the vertical bending vortex-induced force and the vortex-induced vibration displacement response increases with the increase of wind speed. The vortex-induced work has a process of first increasing and then decreasing.
