瀝青混合料的動態(tài)響應影響因素分析

【摘要】:選擇3種瀝青混合料進行不同試驗條件下的瀝青混合料性能試驗(AMPT),分析了加載頻率及試驗溫度對瀝青混合料黏彈性動態(tài)響應的影響;并采用Sigmoidal模型,得到了瀝青混合料的動態(tài)模量移位因子及模型參數,形成并分析了瀝青混合料動態(tài)模量和相位角主曲線。結果表明,隨著加載頻率的升高,瀝青混合料的動態(tài)模量逐漸增大,但溫度越高,增加幅度越小;動態(tài)模量隨著加載頻率增大,在較低的溫度下(5℃和15℃)符合對數增長關系,在較高的溫度下(45℃和55℃)符合線性增長關系,但超過45℃后,不同加載頻率的動態(tài)模量差異較小。不同加載頻率的相位角最大值對應的溫度不同,加載頻率越低,對應的溫度也越低。動態(tài)模量主曲線和移位因子可以較好地描述加載頻率和試驗溫度對瀝青混合料黏彈性動態(tài)響應的影響。在低溫高頻狀態(tài)下,礦料級配對瀝青混合料動態(tài)模量的貢獻較大;而在高溫低頻狀態(tài)下,瀝青逐漸軟化,結合料對混合料動態(tài)模量的影響更為顯著。
[Abstract]:In this paper, three kinds of asphalt mixture are selected to test the performance of asphalt mixture under different test conditions, and the influence of loading frequency and test temperature on the dynamic response of asphalt mixture is analyzed, and the Sigmoidal model is used to analyze the effect of loading frequency and test temperature on the viscoelastic dynamic response of asphalt mixture. The dynamic modulus shift factor and model parameters of asphalt mixture are obtained, and the main curves of dynamic modulus and phase angle of asphalt mixture are formed and analyzed. The results show that the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture increases with the increase of loading frequency.
