【摘要】：采用以橡膠為原料的廢棄輪胎作為墊層材料,利用有限元軟件建立落石沖擊棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)模型,研究落石沖擊速度、橡膠緩沖墊層厚度對棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)最大等效應(yīng)力、結(jié)構(gòu)動能、節(jié)點位移等的影響。結(jié)果表明:在豎向落石沖擊作用下,棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)中間跨的橫梁端部為受力不利位置;落石的沖擊速度越高、橡膠緩沖墊層越厚,橡膠墊層的緩沖作用越顯著;在沖擊荷載作用下,棚洞結(jié)構(gòu)橫梁下部會承受較大的拉應(yīng)力,應(yīng)加強橫梁底部的鋼筋布置。
[Abstract]:Using waste tire of rubber as cushion material, using finite element software to establish the structure model of falling stone impact tunnel, the impact velocity of falling stone, the maximum equivalent stress and kinetic energy of rubber buffer cushion layer on the structure of shed tunnel are studied. The results show that the end of the beam of the middle span of the shed tunnel structure is unfavorable position under the vertical impact of falling stone, the higher the impact speed of the falling stone is, the thicker the cushion layer of rubber is, the more obvious the cushion effect of rubber cushion is. Under the impact load, the lower part of the beam of the shed tunnel structure will bear large tensile stress, so the reinforcement arrangement at the bottom of the beam should be strengthened.
