錨碇式隧道爆破振動(dòng)效應(yīng)數(shù)值試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了研究南溪長(zhǎng)江大橋錨碇隧道后續(xù)洞掘進(jìn)爆破時(shí)隧道圍巖的振動(dòng)特征,采用動(dòng)力有限元(LS-DYNA)數(shù)值計(jì)算的方法,對(duì)錨碇隧道后續(xù)洞掌子面開(kāi)挖至隧道軸線27 m處的工況進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計(jì)算,將計(jì)算結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,證明了數(shù)值計(jì)算的可行性。根據(jù)數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)隧道中隔巖墻的振動(dòng)特征進(jìn)行分析可以得到以下主要結(jié)論:先行錨碇隧道迎爆側(cè)水平向的峰值振動(dòng)速度最大。隨著距離爆破掌子面軸向距離的不斷增大,先行洞迎爆側(cè)邊墻上各監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)在三個(gè)方向上的振速峰值分量越趨近于一致。后續(xù)洞掘進(jìn)爆破引起的在中隔巖墻上的最大振速峰值的位置位于掌子面掘進(jìn)方向上約1 m左右。在后續(xù)洞進(jìn)行爆破開(kāi)挖時(shí),振速峰值均隨著距離掌子面軸向距離的增大而減小,并且沿隧道掘進(jìn)方向的衰減速度比反方向的衰減速度慢。
[Abstract]:In order to study the vibration characteristics of surrounding rock of the Anchorage tunnel of Nanxi Yangtze River Bridge during subsequent excavation blasting, the dynamic finite element method (LS-DYNA) is used to calculate the vibration of surrounding rock. In this paper, the numerical calculation is carried out on the working condition of excavating the surface of the Anchorage tunnel from the face of the tunnel to 27 m of the tunnel axis, and the calculated results are compared with the measured data on the spot. The feasibility of numerical calculation is proved. According to the results of numerical calculation, the main conclusions can be drawn from the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the wall in the tunnel: the peak vibration velocity of the horizontal direction of the first Anchorage tunnel is maximum with the detonation of the tunnel. The axial distance from the blasting face of the blasting is increasing, The peak component of vibration velocity in three directions is closer to the same. The position of peak vibration velocity on the wall of the middle wall caused by subsequent tunneling blasting is about the same in the heading direction of the face of the face. 1 m or so. During the blasting excavation of the follow-up tunnel, The peak value of vibration velocity decreases with the increase of axial distance from the face of the palm, and the attenuation velocity along the tunneling direction is slower than that in the reverse direction.
