道路預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶的路用性能研究

【摘要】:道路預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶是一種新型的路面標(biāo)志標(biāo)線材料,相比于目前使用十分廣泛的涂料標(biāo)線,它在路用性能尤其是清除涂改性能等方面表現(xiàn)出了自己獨特的優(yōu)勢,但是相對于國外的廣泛應(yīng)用,其在國內(nèi)目前還處于起步發(fā)展階段使用較少,對其認(rèn)識也不是很充分。本論文通過國內(nèi)外資料的收集查閱總結(jié)分析,以及關(guān)于道路預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶路用粘接性能的試驗設(shè)計和分析,為道路預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶未來在我國的廣泛使用提供一定的理論支持。論文的創(chuàng)新工作主要體現(xiàn)在兩個方面:首先,通過對國內(nèi)外道路預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶從生產(chǎn)成型到路面使用等方面的資料的收集總結(jié)分析,以及傳統(tǒng)涂料標(biāo)線的使用情況,將兩者從分類、組成結(jié)構(gòu)、施工成型方法、路用反光耐久性能、清除涂改性能、產(chǎn)品價格等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的對比分析,進(jìn)一步加深對道路預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶的了解。通過對比發(fā)現(xiàn):無論是在成型方法還是組成結(jié)構(gòu)上道路預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶均更加先進(jìn)實用;施工方法上方便快捷,能節(jié)約更多人力物力以及施工周期;路用性能方面也有著較好的表現(xiàn);在清除涂改性能方面相較于涂料標(biāo)線更加方便實用,且效率高不傷及路面;但目前在產(chǎn)品價格方面要貴于大部分涂料標(biāo)線產(chǎn)品。其次,論文對道路預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶所采用的壓敏膠黏劑與路面的粘接作用進(jìn)行了理論分析和試驗研究,指出:預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶與路面粘接作用的形成機(jī)理復(fù)雜,是吸附、靜電、擴(kuò)散、機(jī)械結(jié)合等理論共同作用的結(jié)果。為研究其粘接性能,論文采用180°剝離試驗方法,以剝離力的大小作為評價指標(biāo),分別對三種不同廠商的預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶樣品在不同表面狀況和不同環(huán)境狀況下的粘接性能進(jìn)行了剝離試驗分析,其中表面狀況包括測試板材料的不同、粗糙度的不同以及清潔狀況,環(huán)境狀況包括溫度和浸水的變化。試驗中采用了水泥板和車轍板兩種測試板來模擬實際水泥路面和瀝青路面。試驗結(jié)果表明:預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶粘接性能與路面鋪筑材料的關(guān)系密切,而傳統(tǒng)粘接性能評價以鋼板為介質(zhì),不論是在粘接機(jī)理、粘接性能以及粘接破壞方式上都與路面材料存在一定的區(qū)別;而且,路面粗糙度大小、清潔狀況、不同的施工溫度等,均對預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶粘接性能有不同程度的影響,雖然粗糙度和溫度一般不會影響到預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶的使用,但表面的清潔狀況卻對粘接性能的發(fā)揮極為重要。此外,試驗結(jié)果還證實:預(yù)成形標(biāo)線帶粘接性能對浸水條件不敏感,但溫度的變化會導(dǎo)致粘接破壞類型的改變。
[Abstract]:Road pre-formed marking belt is a new type of pavement marking material. Compared with the widely used paint marking material, it shows its own unique advantages in road performance, especially in cleaning and modifying performance. However, compared with the extensive application abroad, it is still in the initial stage of development in our country, and it is not fully understood. This paper is based on the collection, summary and analysis of domestic and foreign data. And the experimental design and analysis on the adhesive performance of road pre-formed marking strip provide certain theoretical support for the future extensive use of road pre-formed marking strip in our country. The innovative work of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects: first of all, Through the collection, summary and analysis of the data from production to pavement use of the road pre-formed marking belt at home and abroad, as well as the use of the traditional paint marking line, the paper classifies the two from the classification, composition structure, construction forming method, etc. Road reflective durability, removal and alteration performance, product price, etc., are systematically compared and analyzed. Through the comparison, it is found that the road pre-formed marking belt is more advanced and practical in both the forming method and the composition structure, and the construction method is convenient and fast. It can save more manpower and material resources as well as construction cycle; the road performance also has better performance; compared with paint marking, it is more convenient and practical than paint marking, and high efficiency does not harm the road surface; However, at present, the price of the products is more expensive than that of most paint marking products. Secondly, the paper makes theoretical analysis and experimental study on the bonding effect between the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the road surface used in the road pre-formed marking tape. It is pointed out that the formation mechanism of adhesion between preformed marking strip and road surface is complex, which is the result of the joint action of adsorption, static electricity, diffusion and mechanical combination. In order to study its adhesion performance, 180 擄peeling test method is adopted in this paper. Taking the peeling force as the evaluation index, the peeling performance of preformed strip samples from three different manufacturers under different surface conditions and different environmental conditions were analyzed respectively. The surface conditions include the different materials of the test board, the difference of the roughness and the cleanliness, Environmental conditions include changes in temperature and flooding. Cement and rut test plates are used to simulate actual cement and asphalt pavements. The test results show that the adhesive properties of preformed marking strips and pavement paving are obtained. The material is closely related, However, the traditional evaluation of adhesion performance is made of steel plate, which is different from the pavement material in terms of adhesion mechanism, adhesion performance and failure mode, and the roughness, cleanliness, construction temperature, etc. Although roughness and temperature generally do not affect the use of preformed tape, surface cleanliness is of great importance to the bonding performance. The experimental results also show that the adhesive properties of the preformed strip are not sensitive to the soaking condition, but the change of temperature will lead to the change of the type of bond failure.
