城市地鐵盾構(gòu)法施工對上部橋梁的影響研究

【摘要】:盾構(gòu)法是城市地鐵隧道重要的施工方法,施工過程中擾動土體致使盾構(gòu)頂部產(chǎn)生沉降變形。本文研究昆明地鐵3號線盾構(gòu)下穿盤龍江時對南太橋的影響。本文主要從以下幾個部分開展研究:①本文介紹了盾構(gòu)施工引起地表沉降的機理、盾構(gòu)法施工對地表沉降變形的影響、盾構(gòu)法施工對周圍建筑物的影響、地表沉降變形的防治方法等。②本文依托昆明地鐵3號線省博物館站~文化宮站盾構(gòu)區(qū)間隧道工程,運用MSC.Marc大型有限元分析軟件建立土層 橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)三維實體模型,模擬盾構(gòu)施工過程典型施工工況,研究盾構(gòu)下穿南太橋階段拱橋的變形和受力性能。③本文采用激光投射漫反射式撓度監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)、仿生機敏網(wǎng)裂縫監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)、振弦式應(yīng)力傳感器測試系統(tǒng)分別對橋梁關(guān)鍵位置的變形、裂縫、應(yīng)力進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,并建立無線遠(yuǎn)程實時監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。本文的研究工作為昆明地鐵3號線省博物館站~文化宮站盾構(gòu)區(qū)間隧道下穿南太橋工程提供了實用、有效的監(jiān)測方案,為將來類似的盾構(gòu)下穿既有橋梁工程提供了參考依據(jù),具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Shield tunneling is an important construction method for urban subway tunnel. During the construction process, the disturbance of soil resulted in the settlement and deformation of shield top. This paper studies the influence of shield tunneling on Nantai Bridge under shield driving on Kunming Metro Line 3. This paper mainly discusses the following parts: 1. The mechanism of ground subsidence caused by shield construction, The influence of shield construction on ground subsidence and deformation, the influence of shield construction on surrounding buildings, the prevention and treatment methods of surface subsidence deformation, etc. 2. This paper relies on the shield tunnel project of Kunming Metro Line 3 ~ Culture Palace Station. The three-dimensional solid model of soil layer bridge structure is established by using MSC.Marc software, and the typical construction conditions of shield construction are simulated. Study on deformation and Mechanical Properties of Arch Bridge in the stage of passing through Nantai Bridge under Shield. .3 in this paper, the laser projective diffuse reflection deflection monitoring system and the bionic smart network crack monitoring system are used. The testing system of vibrating string stress sensor monitors the deformation, crack and stress of the bridge at the key position. The research work in this paper provides a practical and effective monitoring scheme for the project of tunneling through the South Pacific Bridge under the shield tunnel of the Provincial Museum Station of Kunming Metro Line 3 ~ Culture Palace Station. It provides reference basis for similar shield tunneling existing bridge engineering in the future, and has certain reference significance.
