【摘要】:本論文依托貴州省科學(xué)技術(shù)基金項(xiàng)目《公路隧道結(jié)構(gòu)破損修復(fù)加固研究》,闡述了當(dāng)前我國(guó)在公路隧道結(jié)構(gòu)破損修復(fù)加固方面的理論研究以及實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀,公路隧道結(jié)構(gòu)破損的特征、分類、檢查方法,公路隧道結(jié)構(gòu)破損的原因分析(外力、材質(zhì)劣化、設(shè)計(jì)缺陷等),常見的公路隧道結(jié)構(gòu)破損修復(fù)加固方法(注漿加固、防護(hù)網(wǎng)、噴射混凝土、錨桿加固、排水止水、套拱、增設(shè)仰拱、更換襯砌)等。本論文采用荷載結(jié)構(gòu)法,應(yīng)用有限元軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析。基于荷載結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算模式,隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)破損模型主要有三種:襯砌厚度不足、襯砌背后脫空、材質(zhì)劣化。本文僅針對(duì)公路隧道二次襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)材質(zhì)全局劣化這一結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行模擬分析,對(duì)Ⅳ級(jí)、Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖地質(zhì)條件下深埋隧道二次襯砌,分別按其材質(zhì)劣化0%(即無(wú)劣化)、20%、40%、60%、80%五種情況計(jì)算其內(nèi)力,并結(jié)合相關(guān)規(guī)范進(jìn)行安全性分析。
[Abstract]:Based on Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Foundation project "Research on the repair and reinforcement of Highway Tunnel structure", this paper expounds the current theoretical research and practical situation of highway tunnel structure damage repair and reinforcement in China. The characteristics, classification, inspection methods of highway tunnel structure damage, the cause analysis of highway tunnel structure damage (external force, material deterioration, design defect, etc.), common road tunnel structure damage repair and reinforcement method (grouting reinforcement, protective net, etc.). Shotcrete, Anchor reinforcement, drainage sealing, Arch jacking, adding inverted Arch, replacing lining, etc. In this paper, the method of load structure and finite element software are used for numerical simulation and analysis. Based on the calculation model of load structure, There are three kinds of structural damage models of tunnel lining: the thickness of lining is insufficient, the lining is empty behind and the material is deteriorated.
