【摘要】：人工費是公路工程造價的直接組成部分,隨著"營改增"政策的實施,人工成本在建安費中的比重越來越大,對工程成本管理工作的影響也越來越重要。利用回歸分析法分析國家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和行業(yè)發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù),模擬一定周期內(nèi)區(qū)域定額人工單價的數(shù)學(xué)模型,將定額人工單價與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展規(guī)律聯(lián)系起來,可以使得發(fā)布的人工單價信息具有較好的科學(xué)性、時效性。研究成果為造價管理部門提供一種可以精確控制管理的實踐方法。
[Abstract]:The labor cost is a direct part of the highway project cost. With the implementation of the policy of "camp reform and increase", the proportion of labor cost in the construction and installation fee is increasing. The influence on project cost management is also becoming more and more important. The regression analysis method is used to analyze the national macroeconomic data and industry development data, and to simulate the mathematical model of regional fixed labor unit price in a certain period. By connecting the fixed labor unit price with the development law of market economy, the published information of artificial unit price can be made more scientific and timely. The research results provide a practical method for the cost management department to accurately control the management.
