信號交叉口延誤對BRT運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性影響分析

【摘要】:公交運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性是衡量公交運(yùn)行狀況和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo),BRT與傳統(tǒng)公交相比具有快捷、準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)和安全的優(yōu)勢,但由于不同時(shí)段和路段客流的變化,以及交叉口延誤、天氣和駕駛員水平等因素的影響,BRT實(shí)際運(yùn)行時(shí)間與計(jì)劃運(yùn)行時(shí)間之間會(huì)出現(xiàn)偏差,BRT運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性會(huì)有一定程度的降低。在所有的影響因素中,信號交叉口延誤對BRT運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性影響較大。本文回顧了國內(nèi)外信號交叉口延誤和公交運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性相關(guān)研究的發(fā)展歷程,根據(jù)BRT在信號交叉口的運(yùn)行特征構(gòu)建了常規(guī)信號交叉口BRT延誤模型,依據(jù)綠燈延長和綠燈提前啟亮兩種信號優(yōu)先控制方式,分析了BRT在信號優(yōu)先交叉口的延誤變化,分別給出了優(yōu)先相位BRT車輛和非優(yōu)先相位社會(huì)車輛的延誤變化模型,使用交叉口的人總延誤代替車總延誤來分析為BRT提供信號優(yōu)先后,整個(gè)交叉口的延誤變化情況。選擇BRT站間運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性和發(fā)車時(shí)間可靠性作為評價(jià)BRT運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性的指標(biāo),并建立了這兩個(gè)可靠性指標(biāo)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。由于信號交叉口延誤對于BRT的發(fā)車時(shí)間可靠性沒有影響,本文重點(diǎn)分析了信號交叉口延誤對BRT站間運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性的影響。以蘭州市安寧區(qū)的BRT為例,調(diào)查了BRT在劉家堡與西站之間的運(yùn)行時(shí)間數(shù)據(jù)和交叉口延誤數(shù)據(jù),對調(diào)查所得的兩組數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分布擬合,分別選取合適的分布函數(shù),假設(shè)BRT站間運(yùn)行時(shí)間和站間信號交叉口延誤時(shí)間符合所選取的分布,并進(jìn)行擬合優(yōu)度檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明BRT在劉家堡與西站之間的運(yùn)行時(shí)間符合對數(shù)正態(tài)分布,BRT在這兩站之間的信號交叉口延誤時(shí)間符合正態(tài)分布;本文應(yīng)用蒙特卡羅法從兩個(gè)分布中進(jìn)行隨機(jī)抽樣,模擬計(jì)算了BRT在劉家堡與西站之間的運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性、信號交叉口延誤時(shí)間可靠性,以及沒有信號交叉口延誤時(shí)間時(shí)BRT站間運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性。文章最后,假設(shè)在劉家堡與西站之間設(shè)置若干個(gè)信號優(yōu)先交叉口,模擬計(jì)算了BRT在這兩個(gè)站之間的延誤時(shí)間分別減少10%、15%、20%、25%、30%時(shí)對應(yīng)的BRT運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性,并將結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比。結(jié)論表明,信號交叉口延誤對BRT運(yùn)行時(shí)間可靠性有明顯的影響。
[Abstract]:The reliability of bus running time is an important index to measure the running condition and service quality of public transport. BRT has the advantages of quickness, punctuality and safety compared with traditional public transport. However, due to the change of passenger flow in different periods and sections of road, and the delay of intersection, BRT has the advantages of speed, punctuality and safety. Factors such as weather and driver level will affect the reliability of BRT running time, and the reliability of BRT running time will decrease to a certain extent. The delay of signalized intersection has a great influence on the reliability of BRT running time. This paper reviews the development of research on the reliability of signalized intersections and bus running time at home and abroad. According to the operation characteristics of BRT in signalized intersection, the BRT delay model of conventional signalized intersection is constructed. According to the two signal priority control modes of green light extension and green light advance, the delay variation of BRT at signal-priority intersection is analyzed. The delay models of BRT vehicles with priority phase and those of social vehicles with non-priority phase are given respectively. The total delay at intersections is used to replace the total delay of vehicles to analyze the signal priority for BRT. The reliability of running time and departure time between BRT stations is selected as the index to evaluate the reliability of BRT running time. The mathematical model of these two reliability indexes is established. Because the delay of signalized intersection has no effect on the reliability of BRT departure time, In this paper, the effect of delay at signalized intersections on the reliability of operation time between BRT stations is analyzed. Taking BRT in Anning District of Lanzhou City as an example, the operation time data and intersections delay data of BRT between Liujiapu and West Railway Station are investigated. The two groups of data obtained from the investigation were distributed and fitted, and the proper distribution function was selected respectively. It was assumed that the running time between BRT stations and the delay time of interstation signal intersection were consistent with the selected distribution, and the goodness of fit test was carried out. The results show that the running time of BRT between Liujiapu and West Railway Station is in accordance with the logarithmic normal distribution and the delay time at the signal intersection between the two stations conforms to the normal distribution, and the Monte Carlo method is used to carry out random sampling from the two distributions. The operation time reliability of BRT between Liujiapu and West Railway Station, the reliability of delay time at signalized intersection, and the reliability of running time between BRT stations without delay time at signalized intersection are simulated and calculated. Assuming that several signal-priority intersections are set up between Liujiabao and West Railway Station, the delay time of BRT between the two stations is simulated and calculated, and the reliability of the corresponding BRT running time is reduced by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 and 30 / 30, respectively, and the results are compared. The delay of signalized intersection has obvious influence on the reliability of BRT running time.
