基于客戶價(jià)值分類的集裝箱空箱調(diào)運(yùn)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:世界貿(mào)易的不平衡發(fā)展使得貿(mào)易流不平衡,繼而造成了集裝箱的供需不平衡。航運(yùn)公司為了滿足客戶的用箱需求和自身的發(fā)展,就不得不進(jìn)行空箱的調(diào)配操作,這是航運(yùn)企業(yè)發(fā)展和運(yùn)營(yíng)中不可避免的一大問(wèn)題?障湔{(diào)運(yùn)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)越來(lái)越受到學(xué)術(shù)界和航運(yùn)企業(yè)的重視,并進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的研究。隨著集裝箱運(yùn)輸實(shí)踐的深入和時(shí)間的推移,提出更加符合實(shí)際集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的空箱調(diào)運(yùn)的理論、模型和方法將是十分必要的;诖,全文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:本文通過(guò)對(duì)集裝箱空箱調(diào)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析,界定了海上運(yùn)輸與陸上運(yùn)輸相結(jié)合的空箱調(diào)運(yùn)系統(tǒng),并在分析前人研究的結(jié)果之上,提出了基于客戶價(jià)值分類的集裝箱空箱調(diào)運(yùn)的思路,即將航運(yùn)公司當(dāng)前的客戶群按照其價(jià)值分類,根據(jù)每類客戶空箱使用之后給航運(yùn)公司帶來(lái)的收益以及為客戶配箱的成本,來(lái)確定空箱調(diào)運(yùn)的策略。接下來(lái)文章應(yīng)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法和系統(tǒng)聚類分析法,將航運(yùn)公司的客戶按照其當(dāng)前價(jià)值和潛在價(jià)值分成價(jià)值客戶、次價(jià)值客戶、潛在價(jià)值客戶以及低價(jià)值客戶四大類,并分別計(jì)算出每類客戶的綜合價(jià)值權(quán)重系數(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從提高航運(yùn)公司的盈利水平出發(fā),基于客戶價(jià)值的分類以及每類客戶的綜合價(jià)值權(quán)重,以航運(yùn)公司的收益最大為目標(biāo)建立整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型,并通過(guò)算例的驗(yàn)證,以及與傳統(tǒng)的不考慮客戶價(jià)值分類的空箱調(diào)運(yùn)策略相對(duì)比,證明了本文模型的可行性,為航運(yùn)公司決策提供有益的理論支持和方法參考。
[Abstract]:The unbalanced development of world trade makes the trade flow unbalanced, which leads to the imbalance between supply and demand of containers. In order to meet the needs of customers and their own development, shipping companies have to carry out empty container deployment operations. This is an inevitable problem in the development and operation of shipping enterprises. The problem of empty container transportation has been paid more and more attention to by academia and shipping enterprises, and has been studied accordingly. With the development of container transportation practice and the passage of time, It is necessary to put forward the theory, model and method of empty container dispatching which is more in line with the actual container transportation network. Based on this, the main research contents of this paper are as follows: this paper analyzes the empty container dispatching system. This paper defines the empty container dispatching system which combines sea transportation with land transportation, and puts forward the train of thought of empty container transportation based on customer value classification on the basis of analyzing the results of previous studies. That is to say, the current customer base of the shipping company is classified according to its value, according to the benefits to the shipping company after the empty container is used by each type of customer, and the cost of matching the boxes for the customers, Then the paper applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and system cluster analysis method to divide the customers of shipping companies into value customers and sub-value customers according to their current and potential value. There are four categories of potential value customers and low value customers, and the comprehensive value weight coefficient of each customer is calculated respectively. On the basis of this, the profit level of shipping companies is improved. Based on the classification of customer value and the comprehensive value weight of each kind of customer, the integer programming model is established to maximize the profit of shipping company. Compared with the traditional empty container dispatching strategy which does not consider customer value classification, the feasibility of this model is proved, which provides useful theoretical support and method reference for shipping company decision-making.
