護(hù)盾式TBM隧道回填層對(duì)管片受力的影響

【摘要】:為了探明回填層對(duì)護(hù)盾式TBM隧道運(yùn)營階段管片受力的影響,建立考慮回填層的圍巖抗力系數(shù)計(jì)算方法,為隧道設(shè)計(jì)中地層抗力系數(shù)的確定提供理論基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的模型試驗(yàn),對(duì)比了有回填層和無回填層時(shí)管片的受力特點(diǎn),并采用厚壁圓筒理論推導(dǎo)了圍巖-回填層等效彈性抗力系數(shù)的計(jì)算方法。研究結(jié)果表明:有回填層和無回填層時(shí),管片運(yùn)營階段的彎矩、軸力、變形具有較大的差別,回填層的作用不可忽略;回填層厚度、泊松比、彈性模量、管片外半徑均對(duì)圍巖-回填層等效彈性抗力系數(shù)產(chǎn)生影響,其中回填層彈性模量為主要影響因素;回填層存在一個(gè)臨界彈性模量,當(dāng)回填層彈性模量大于臨界彈性模量時(shí),計(jì)算得出的圍巖-回填層等效彈性抗力系數(shù)大于圍巖彈性抗力系數(shù),回填層對(duì)圍巖起到增強(qiáng)作用,研究給出了回填層臨界彈性模量計(jì)算公式,并得出回填層臨界彈性模量取值與圍巖彈性模量密切相關(guān);考慮回填層的數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果更接近模型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了圍巖-回填層等效彈性抗力系數(shù)計(jì)算方法的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the influence of backfill layer on segment force of shield TBM tunnel in operation stage, the calculation method of wall rock resistance coefficient considering backfill is established, which provides a theoretical basis for determining stratum resistance coefficient in tunnel design, and designs corresponding model tests. The stress characteristics of segments with and without backfill are compared, and the calculation method of equivalent elastic resistance coefficient of surrounding rock and backfill is deduced by using thick wall cylinder theory. The results show that when there is backfill and without backfill, the equivalent elastic resistance coefficient of surrounding rock and backfill is calculated. The bending moment, axial force and deformation of segment in operation stage have great difference, the function of backfill layer can not be ignored, the thickness of backfill layer, Poisson's ratio, elastic modulus and outer radius of segment all have influence on the equivalent elastic resistance coefficient of surrounding rock and backfill layer. Among them, the elastic modulus of backfill is the main factor, and there is a critical modulus of elasticity in backfill, when the elastic modulus of backfill is larger than that of critical elastic modulus, The equivalent elastic resistance coefficient of the surrounding rock and backfill is greater than that of the surrounding rock, and the backfill plays an enhanced role on the surrounding rock. The formula for calculating the critical elastic modulus of the backfill is given. It is concluded that the critical elastic modulus of backfill is closely related to the elastic modulus of surrounding rock, and the numerical calculation result considering backfill is closer to the model test result, which verifies the accuracy of the calculation method of equivalent elastic resistance coefficient between surrounding rock and backfill.
