快速公交運(yùn)行狀態(tài)解析與服務(wù)水平劃分

【摘要】:隨著城市機(jī)動(dòng)化的不變發(fā)展,城市擁堵問(wèn)題日趨嚴(yán)重,公共交通作為一種資源占用少、運(yùn)行效率高的交通工具日益受到關(guān)注,快速公交作為排頭兵尤其受到國(guó)家以及地方政府的重視。作為享有專用路權(quán)的大容量公共交通工具,快速公交的確給人民帶來(lái)了便利,也在一定程度上緩解了交通擁堵的勢(shì)頭。但不可否認(rèn),快速公交仍有很大潛力,針對(duì)快速公交運(yùn)行狀態(tài)是如何變化的尚未認(rèn)清,相關(guān)服務(wù)水平標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尚未制定。本文研究的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)解析以及服務(wù)劃分正是針對(duì)如何準(zhǔn)確測(cè)度和評(píng)價(jià)快速公交運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、服務(wù)水平,具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文從快速公交運(yùn)行特征與狀態(tài)概念解析著手,以濟(jì)南BRT1號(hào)線的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為數(shù)據(jù)源,提取了運(yùn)行狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)三參數(shù),基于相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),依照相關(guān)模型公式,分析了各區(qū)段、各狀態(tài)下的三參數(shù)變化規(guī)律,并運(yùn)用模糊聚類以及空間距離的方法對(duì)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行空間解讀,提出快速公交運(yùn)行狀態(tài)指數(shù)的概念,并基于時(shí)間序列的方法對(duì)該指數(shù)進(jìn)行突變、趨勢(shì)分析。根據(jù)快速公交運(yùn)行狀態(tài)指數(shù)以及乘客的主觀評(píng)價(jià)建立服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)測(cè)度模型,并量定等級(jí)劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。得出主要結(jié)論如下:(1)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)性、可靠性的評(píng)價(jià)值都隨著運(yùn)行速度的變化而不斷波動(dòng),總體呈現(xiàn)先增加后下降的拋物線形式,當(dāng)速度處于18km/h左右時(shí),平穩(wěn)性最好,當(dāng)速度處于22-25km/h時(shí),運(yùn)行可靠性最好,運(yùn)行效率的評(píng)價(jià)值隨著運(yùn)行速度的增加,也逐步增大,當(dāng)速度為25-30km/h時(shí),達(dá)到最佳運(yùn)行效率。整體三參數(shù)平穩(wěn)性服務(wù)水平等級(jí)為B級(jí),運(yùn)行可靠性C級(jí),運(yùn)行效率界與C、D級(jí)之間;(2)通過(guò)空間狀態(tài)模型以及相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法對(duì)狀態(tài)從多維度進(jìn)行分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)在運(yùn)行至區(qū)段3(西苑小區(qū))、8 (三孔橋)、12 (東濼河路)時(shí),車輛運(yùn)行保持較好狀態(tài),運(yùn)行至第4 (無(wú)影山路)、6 (長(zhǎng)途汽車站)、11 (歷黃路)以及14 (車站北街)區(qū)段時(shí)車輛運(yùn)行狀態(tài)較差;在時(shí)段17:50至18:02以及時(shí)段18:09-18:20運(yùn)行狀態(tài)保持在不好狀態(tài),在時(shí)段18:02至18:09以及時(shí)段18:20-18:42運(yùn)行保持在較好狀態(tài)。(3)濟(jì)南市BRT-1號(hào)線服務(wù)水平為C級(jí),乘客對(duì)濟(jì)南BRT-1號(hào)線的評(píng)價(jià)基本為一般或基本滿意,運(yùn)行服務(wù)水平隨著速度的提升而不斷提升,當(dāng)車輛運(yùn)行達(dá)到在25-30km/h時(shí),達(dá)到最佳服務(wù)水平。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于:(1)本文提出快速公交運(yùn)行區(qū)段概念,界定快速公交運(yùn)行狀態(tài);(2)本文通過(guò)分區(qū)段、分狀態(tài)全面解析快速公交三參數(shù)模型;(3)基于數(shù)據(jù)分析和運(yùn)行機(jī)理刻畫三參數(shù)狀態(tài)空間,運(yùn)用加權(quán)空間距離模型對(duì)狀態(tài)空間進(jìn)行表達(dá),并提出快速公交運(yùn)行狀態(tài)指數(shù)這一新指標(biāo),并進(jìn)行了狀態(tài)劃分;(4)基于時(shí)間序列分析各不同時(shí)段的運(yùn)行狀態(tài);(5)基于狀態(tài)空間與乘客主觀評(píng)價(jià)從多重維度量化運(yùn)行服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:With the constant development of urban motorization, the problem of urban congestion is becoming more and more serious. As a kind of transportation with less resources and high efficiency, public transport has been paid more and more attention. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), as a platoon soldier, is especially valued by the state and local governments. As a mass transit vehicle with special access rights, BRT has indeed brought convenience to the people. It also alleviates the momentum of traffic congestion to some extent. But there is no denying that bus rapid transit still has great potential. It is not clear how the state of bus rapid transit is changing. The standard of service level has not been formulated yet. The analysis of operation state and service division in this paper is aimed at how to accurately measure and evaluate the operation status and service level of BRT. It has very important theoretical and practical significance. This paper begins with the analysis of the operation characteristics and state concept of bus Rapid Transit (BRT), takes the relevant data of Jinan BRT1 as the data source, and extracts the three parameters of the evaluation of the running state, based on the relevant standards. According to the relevant model formula, this paper analyzes the variation law of three parameters in each section and state, and uses the method of fuzzy clustering and space distance to interpret the operation state space, and puts forward the concept of BRT running state index. Based on the method of time series, the paper analyzes the change and trend of the index, and establishes the service level evaluation model according to the bus rapid transit operation state index and the subjective evaluation of passengers. The main conclusions are as follows: 1: 1) the evaluation values of reliability fluctuate continuously with the change of running speed. The whole is parabola of increasing first and then decreasing. When the speed is about 18 km / h, The stability is the best, when the speed is 22 to 25 km / h, the operational reliability is the best, and the evaluation value of the running efficiency increases with the increase of the running speed, and when the speed is 25 to 30 km / h, To achieve the best operation efficiency. The overall three-parameter smoothness service level is B class, the operation reliability C level, The operation efficiency boundary and C / C D class are used to analyze the state from multiple dimensions through the spatial state model and the corresponding data analysis methods. It is found that when running to section 3 (Xiyuan residential area, Qianqian 8 (Sankongqiao Qianjiao 12), Dongluohe Road), The running condition of the vehicle is relatively good, and the running condition of the vehicle is poor when it reaches the 4th (No.4) (long distance bus station, Kuan 11 (Calendar Road) and 14 (Station North Street) section); At 17:50 to 18:02 and at 18: 09-1818: 20, the running state is maintained in a bad state, and the service level of the BRT-1 line in Jinan is grade C between 18:02 and 18:02 and at 1820-1840: 42 in a better state. Passengers' evaluation of Jinan's BRT-1 line is generally or basically satisfactory, and the service level of the service keeps rising with the increase of speed. When the vehicle runs at 25-30 km / h, To achieve the best service level. The innovation of this paper lies in: 1) this paper puts forward the concept of bus rapid transit operation section and defines the operation state of bus rapid transit. Based on the data analysis and operation mechanism, the three-parameter state space is described, and the weighted spatial distance model is used to express the state space, and a new index of bus rapid transit running state index is proposed. Based on the state space and the subjective evaluation of passengers, the service level of operation is quantified from multiple dimensions.
