軟硬交界地層重載鐵路隧道施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隧道修建需考慮的因素眾多,而地質(zhì)因素則為最基本因素之一。由于其未知性和復(fù)雜性,由隧道施工所引起的安全問題也尤為突出。為了保證修建過程中隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和減少對洞周圍巖的擾動,因地制宜地選擇合理的施工方法則顯得尤為重要。本文以臨縣隧道工程為依托,隧道沿線穿越土石分界地層,埋深淺斷面大,且設(shè)計(jì)為重載鐵路隧道,給施工帶來極大困難和安全風(fēng)險。通過對地質(zhì)條件的分析,結(jié)合隧道設(shè)計(jì)和施工方法的特點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),以理論分析為基礎(chǔ),主要開展了以下研究:(1)針對隧道沿線土石分界地質(zhì)情況,對土石偏壓隧道結(jié)構(gòu)安全性和圍巖破壞模式展開研究,并對其主要影響因素進(jìn)行分析。(2)結(jié)合臨縣隧道施工方法,對不同土石分界情況下采用的爆破控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性的可行性研究。①土石分界面位于隧道外,得到了目前的爆破設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)適用的最佳拱頂至分界面距離;②土石分界面與隧道相交,分析了爆破振動對隧道結(jié)構(gòu)和圍巖的影響。(3)調(diào)研了鐵路隧道的病害并對其成因進(jìn)行了分析;明確了重載列車荷載的數(shù)值模擬方法;采用FLAC3D模擬重載列車對隧道結(jié)構(gòu)和圍巖的長期作用,并結(jié)合疲勞理論對可能發(fā)生破壞位置進(jìn)行預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:Tunnel construction many factors should be considered, and the geological factors is one of the most basic factors. Due to the unpredictability and complexity, the security problem caused by tunnel construction is particularly prominent. In order to ensure the construction of the tunnel structure in the process of safety and reduce the disturbance to the surrounding rock, it is very important to the choice of construction reasonable methods. This paper takes Linxian County tunnel project, along the tunnel through the rock boundary strata, shallow buried large section, and the design for heavy haul railway tunnel, bring great difficulties to the construction and safety risk. Through the analysis of the geological conditions, combined with the characteristics and difficulties of the tunnel design and construction methods, based on the theoretical analysis mainly, carry out the following research: (1) according to the geological conditions along the tunnel rock boundaries, research on the failure modes of rock and bias the structural safety of the tunnel surrounding rock, and the main To analyze the affecting factors. (2) combined with the Linxian County tunnel construction method, the control blasting technique of different soil rock interface under the feasibility study was conducted systematically. The debris is outside the tunnel, the application of blasting parameters of the current best vault to the interface and interface distance; earth tunnel intersection analysis the influence of blasting vibration on tunnel structure and surrounding rock. (3) research of the railway tunnel diseases and analyzes its causes; clear the numerical simulation method of heavy haul train load; the long-term effect of using FLAC3D to simulate the train on tunnel structure and surrounding rock of heavy load, and combined with the theory of fatigue damage may occur position prediction.
