【摘要】:歷史街區(qū)作為城市文化、歷史的傳承與記載,其在整個(gè)城市發(fā)展進(jìn)程中扮演著重要而獨(dú)特的角色。隨著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,居民機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)保有量持續(xù)增加,歷史街區(qū)中各類商業(yè)、文化、旅游等產(chǎn)業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展,由此引起歷史街區(qū)中的各類停車(chē)需求劇增。為了緩解當(dāng)前歷史街區(qū)停車(chē)設(shè)施供不應(yīng)求的現(xiàn)狀,盡可能降低停車(chē)行為對(duì)歷史街區(qū)道路動(dòng)態(tài)交通的影響。本文在對(duì)關(guān)于我國(guó)城市中心區(qū)、歷史街區(qū)及老城區(qū)的停車(chē)設(shè)施規(guī)劃研究基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合歷史街區(qū)自身道路及交通量等現(xiàn)狀條件,分別從歷史街區(qū)停車(chē)設(shè)施需求預(yù)測(cè)、路邊停車(chē)設(shè)施規(guī)劃和路外停車(chē)設(shè)施規(guī)劃等三個(gè)方面對(duì)歷史街區(qū)公共停車(chē)設(shè)施規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究:(1)歷史街區(qū)停車(chē)設(shè)施需求預(yù)測(cè)。主要通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的停車(chē)需求預(yù)測(cè)模型對(duì)比分析及對(duì)各個(gè)模型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),針對(duì)歷史街區(qū)的時(shí)代特征和用地性質(zhì)特征提出了適用于歷史街區(qū)的公共停車(chē)設(shè)施需求預(yù)測(cè)模型,同時(shí)以西安市歷史街區(qū)為例對(duì)提出的停車(chē)需求預(yù)測(cè)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。(2)歷史街區(qū)路邊停車(chē)設(shè)施規(guī)劃研究。主要通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)置路邊停車(chē)設(shè)施的道路條件和交通量條件以及定量依據(jù)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了適用于歷史街區(qū)的基于廣義費(fèi)用最小的路邊停車(chē)設(shè)施規(guī)模模型,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了求解分析,同時(shí)以西安市歷史街區(qū)為例對(duì)建立的模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)例應(yīng)用及驗(yàn)證分析,此外還總結(jié)出歷史街區(qū)路邊停車(chē)設(shè)施位置選擇方法。(3)歷史街區(qū)路外停車(chē)設(shè)施規(guī)劃研究。主要通過(guò)綜合考慮盡可能提高車(chē)輛可達(dá)性、縮短居民出行步行距離、降低相鄰路外停車(chē)場(chǎng)服務(wù)半徑覆蓋范圍重疊度等因素,從而提出了基于廣義距離之和最短且相鄰?fù)\?chē)場(chǎng)服務(wù)半徑覆蓋范圍重疊度最小的路外停車(chē)設(shè)施規(guī)劃選址模型,并以西安市歷史街區(qū)為例對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)化求解和實(shí)例驗(yàn)證分析。另外通過(guò)對(duì)不同停車(chē)設(shè)施建造形式對(duì)比分析以及對(duì)構(gòu)筑地勢(shì)高差斜向泊車(chē)系統(tǒng)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,提出了歷史街區(qū)中宜盡量采用地下停車(chē)庫(kù)和立體式停車(chē)樓(庫(kù)),推廣采用構(gòu)筑地勢(shì)高差斜向泊車(chē)系統(tǒng)的建議。本文對(duì)歷史街區(qū)公共停車(chē)設(shè)施的規(guī)劃研究為解決歷史街區(qū)停車(chē)相關(guān)問(wèn)題提供有效手段和設(shè)計(jì)方法;也為今后歷史街區(qū)的規(guī)劃與改造提供理論基礎(chǔ)和借鑒依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a city culture, historical district plays an important and unique role in the whole process of urban development. With the rapid development of urban economy, the number of residents' motor vehicle ownership continues to increase. Cultural, tourism and other industries have flourished, resulting in a sharp increase in the demand for parking in historic blocks. In order to alleviate the shortage of parking facilities in historical blocks, Based on the research on parking facilities planning of urban center, historical block and old urban area in China, the influence of parking behavior on road dynamic traffic in historical block is minimized as far as possible. Combining with the current conditions of road and traffic volume in historical blocks, the demand for parking facilities in historical blocks is predicted separately. Study on the Planning of Public parking facilities in Historical blocks from three aspects: roadside parking facilities Planning and Off-Road parking facilities Planning; forecasting the demand for parking facilities in Historic blocks, mainly through the prediction model of parking demand at home and abroad. Comparative analysis and evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of each model, According to the characteristics of the historical district and the nature of the land, this paper puts forward a forecasting model of the demand for the public parking facilities, which is suitable for the historical district. At the same time, taking Xi'an historic block as an example, the forecast model of parking demand is verified. 2) the planning of roadside parking facilities in historic block is studied, mainly through the road conditions and traffic volume conditions of setting up roadside parking facilities. On the basis of quantitative analysis, In this paper, a roadside parking facility scale model based on the minimum generalized cost is established, and the model is solved and analyzed. At the same time, taking Xi'an historic district as an example, the model is applied and verified. In addition, the paper also summarizes the method of choosing the parking facilities on the side of the historic block. The study on the planning of the parking facilities outside the road in the historical block is mainly based on the comprehensive consideration to improve the accessibility of the vehicle as much as possible, and to shorten the walking distance of the residents. By reducing the overlap degree of the service radius of the adjacent off-road parking area, a planning and location model of off-road parking facilities based on the shortest sum of the generalized distance and the minimum overlap degree of the service radius of the adjacent parking lot is proposed. Taking Xi'an historical block as an example, the model is solved and verified by examples. In addition, through the comparative analysis of different parking facilities and the application of the new technology of constructing the oblique parking system with height difference, It is suggested that underground parking garage and three-dimensional parking building (depot) should be used as far as possible in the historical block. The plan and research of public parking facilities in historical district are discussed in order to solve the problem. To provide effective means and design methods for parking related problems in historic blocks; It also provides the theoretical basis and reference basis for the planning and reconstruction of historical blocks in the future.
