【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速增長(zhǎng),我國(guó)的貨物運(yùn)輸周轉(zhuǎn)量逐年增加,托運(yùn)人對(duì)于貨物運(yùn)輸質(zhì)量的要求也越來(lái)越高。公路運(yùn)輸憑借其機(jī)動(dòng)靈活以及較強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)能力在綜合運(yùn)輸體系中的比重不斷增加,甩掛運(yùn)輸作為一種新型的公路運(yùn)輸模式,成為我國(guó)貨運(yùn)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,也是吉林省建設(shè)現(xiàn)代物流的重要舉措。吉林M公司是一個(gè)具有多年經(jīng)營(yíng)歷史的老國(guó)有企業(yè),其經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍包括汽車運(yùn)輸、公鐵零擔(dān)貨物、國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)貨物配運(yùn)發(fā)送等。公司現(xiàn)已開展多條國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)貨物運(yùn)輸線路,運(yùn)輸貨物包括建材、電器、服裝以及俄羅斯、朝鮮海產(chǎn)品。M公司是琿春市唯一一家集倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、配送、國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸與貨運(yùn)代理于一體的現(xiàn)代化的綜合型國(guó)際物流中心,主要承攬普通貨運(yùn)、貨運(yùn)站經(jīng)營(yíng)、貨運(yùn)代理、貨物倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、搬運(yùn)裝卸、信息咨詢服務(wù)等綜合服務(wù)。本文首先按照工程可行性分析編制辦法及相關(guān)理論和方法,結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況對(duì)M公司甩掛運(yùn)輸場(chǎng)站改擴(kuò)建工程進(jìn)行分析,完成了場(chǎng)站總體功能分區(qū)、設(shè)施設(shè)備平面布置以及配套工程建設(shè),制定出項(xiàng)目具體施工方案。其次,從市場(chǎng)、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等各個(gè)方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行評(píng)估,完成了項(xiàng)目投資估算及技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性分析,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目敏感因素進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。最后,根據(jù)物流行業(yè)特點(diǎn)分析了項(xiàng)目可能存在的政策、業(yè)務(wù)、市場(chǎng)等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并提出相應(yīng)的防范措施,保正項(xiàng)目順利開展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of social economy, the turnover of freight transportation in China is increasing year by year. The requirements of shippers for the quality of freight transport are also increasing. Because of its flexibility and adaptability, the proportion of road transport in the integrated transport system is increasing. As a new type of road transport mode, Jilin M Company is an old state-owned enterprise with many years of operating history. Its business scope includes automobile transportation, car-rail cargoes, and cargoes, as well as an important measure in the construction of modern logistics in Jilin Province, which has become an important part of the development of freight transportation in China, and is also an important measure in building modern logistics in Jilin Province. International and domestic cargo distribution and distribution etc. The company has now carried out many international and domestic goods transport routes, including building materials, electrical appliances, clothing and Russia. The Korean seafood .M company is the only one in Hunchun City that collects warehousing and distributes. A modern integrated international logistics center that integrates international freight transport and freight forwarding, mainly engaged in general freight, freight terminal operations, freight forwarders, cargo warehousing, handling, loading and unloading, Firstly, according to the engineering feasibility analysis compilation method and the related theory and method, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the M company dump transportation station reconstruction and expansion project. The overall functional zoning of the station, the layout of facilities and equipment and the construction of supporting projects have been completed, and the specific construction plan of the project has been worked out. Secondly, the project has been evaluated from various aspects, such as market, technology, economy, etc. Completed the project investment estimation, technical and economic feasibility analysis, and the risk assessment of the sensitive factors of the project. Finally, according to the characteristics of the logistics industry, analyzed the possible project policy, business, Market and other risks and put forward appropriate preventive measures to ensure the smooth development of the project.
