深埋大斷面黃土隧道旋噴樁復(fù)合地基受力與變形性狀研究

【摘要】:黃土隧道開挖以后,天然基底的承載力往往難以滿足隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的受力要求,在隧道修建完成以后,基底會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的變形,因此,為了隧道施工過程及后期運(yùn)營(yíng)的安全,必須對(duì)地基進(jìn)行加固處理。本文以付家窯1#隧道為依托,該隧道采用旋噴樁對(duì)基底進(jìn)行了加固處理。為了分析隧道基底樁體及樁間土等受力與變形的規(guī)律,利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試和有限元等手段進(jìn)行了分析研究,主要分析了深埋條件下未處理隧底與旋噴樁處理后基底受力與變形的特征。結(jié)合分析結(jié)果,最后對(duì)旋噴樁加固后隧道的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:1.根據(jù)付家窯隧道現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試結(jié)果,分析深埋條件下扁平大斷面三車道黃土隧道樁頂和樁間土的受力情況、邊墻與基底圍巖壓力的大小隨時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律以及隧道基底沉降變形的基本變化趨勢(shì);2.利用MIDAS/GTS有限元軟件,以依托工程為背景,對(duì)隧底未處理與利用旋噴樁處理的隧道施工過程分別進(jìn)行二維數(shù)值模擬。分析隧道基底樁身應(yīng)力、樁身軸力及樁間土應(yīng)力沿旋噴樁埋深的分布規(guī)律、隧道開挖過程中豎向位移與橫向位移的變化趨勢(shì)以及隧道基底塑性區(qū)的分布情況;3.根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試及數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果,分析隧道施工完成后,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試基底變形累計(jì)值、數(shù)值模擬隧道施工過程的基底變形、拱頂下沉及周邊收斂的累計(jì)最大值、襯砌的安全系數(shù)及塑性區(qū)范圍,并通過數(shù)值模擬分析隧道施工完成后在仰拱回填及支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)自重作用下引起的沉降變形,將實(shí)測(cè)和模擬結(jié)果與規(guī)范允許值進(jìn)行比較,評(píng)價(jià)旋噴樁對(duì)黃土隧道基底加固后隧道的穩(wěn)定性。通過對(duì)旋噴樁處理黃土隧道基底的研究,旨在為類似隧道工程設(shè)計(jì)和安全施工提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:After the loess tunnel is excavated, the bearing capacity of the natural foundation is often difficult to meet the stress requirements of the tunnel structure. After the completion of the tunnel construction, the foundation will produce large deformation, therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the tunnel construction process and later operation, The foundation must be strengthened. In this paper, based on Fujiayao 1# tunnel, the foundation is strengthened with rotary jet pile. In order to analyze the law of stress and deformation of the foundation pile and the soil between piles, etc. By means of field test and finite element method, the characteristics of the stress and deformation of the foundation after the treatment of the untreated tunnel bottom and the rotary jet pile under the condition of deep burying are mainly analyzed, and the results are combined with the results of the analysis. Finally, the stability of the tunnel strengthened by rotary jet grouting pile is evaluated. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1.According to the field test results of Fujiayao tunnel, the stress on the pile top and the soil between piles of three lanes loess tunnel with flat and large section under the condition of deep burying is analyzed. The variation law of side wall and surrounding rock pressure with time and the basic change trend of tunnel foundation settlement and deformation 2.Using MIDAS/GTS finite element software, taking the backing engineering as the background, Two dimensional numerical simulation is carried out on the untreated tunnel bottom and the tunnel construction process treated by rotary jet pile respectively. The distribution law of the stress of the foundation pile, the axial force of the pile body and the soil stress between the piles along the burying depth of the pile is analyzed. The variation trend of vertical displacement and transverse displacement during tunnel excavation and the distribution of plastic zone of tunnel base are analyzed. According to the results of field test and numerical simulation, the cumulative value of deformation of base after tunnel construction is analyzed. Numerical simulation of the foundation deformation during tunnel construction, the cumulative maximum value of vault subsidence and peripheral convergence, the safety factor of lining and the range of plastic zone, The settlement deformation caused by the backfill of invert arch and the self-weight of supporting structure is analyzed by numerical simulation, and the measured and simulated results are compared with the allowable values of the code. In order to provide reference for similar tunnel engineering design and safety construction, the stability of loess tunnel foundation strengthened by rotary jet grouting pile is evaluated, and the research on treatment of loess tunnel base by rotary jet pile is carried out.
